G-Plenish week 2

Very interesting. I hope it stands the test of time. I remember tons of good reports about plain old glutamine when it started getting big too.

Maybe so, but this type of glutamine peptides are VERY versatile.
And the feedback is not studies done on IV patients, or Pro Bodybuilders getting paid to say BS. Its REAL LIFE in vivo feedback. It doesn't get better than that. Just remember what I said about R-ALA....well this is about as good.

1. Can be used to increase GH at night.

2. Is one hell of an immune system booster.

3. Can be used to replenish depleted intracellular glutamine stores after strenous excercise at a MUCH smaller ratio than normal free-form L-glutamine.

e.g. You'd need 100g L-glutamine to get about 2.5g to your bloodstream.(After passing through the GI Tract)(Efficiency = 2.5%)

Then, you'd only need about 6-9g of the peptide version, to get
2-3g to your bloodstream.(After passing through the GI Tract)(Efficiency = 33%)

Thats an improvement of (1/40): (1/3) = 13.3:1

Thats an improvement of 1333% in glutamine absorption.

So yeah..... I definately recommend this supplement. Effects are noticeable < 1 week at 2 scoops/day.

Yes....and freaky cuts/veins. The "pump" is very real. I was very surprised.

And you can mix it with a shake or milk or yoghurt+ sweetener.

Your strength will increase
also your endurance will rise markedley.

The whole point of G-plenish is too mix it with whatever you desire.

if you take 2-3 heaping table spoons every day YOU WILL KNOW its working

even at One a day you will

yeah i definatly believe this stuff works. Im week 2 now. Recovery has been great and workouts have been great. It has to be doing it part cause im bulking right now and ive gained like 6lbs in the 2 week ive started it. So i think it is doing it fair share of contribution.

the effects of G-plenish are four fold


one- right away you notice recovery from workouts.

two- around day 2-3 your muscles start getting a full fulling.

three- your endurance in the gym, begins to increase, and strength goes up gradually

four - week by week this results in a buid up of LBM
