just wanted to put my 2 cents in on this product
i started taking it a week and a half ago. i'm a natty lifter and frown upon supplements for the most part as they all seem worthless for the most part. gplenish has impressed the hell out of me so far. there was a break over thanksgiving that i didn't take it so technically i've been on for 4 days, off for 3, and back on for 3 at two heaping tablespoons per day(one immediately before workout and one immediately after).
i trained legs on monday. usually thursday(today) is my sorest day of the week as far as my legs and glutes go. today my soreness is all but gone. it started fading last night. i feel like i could do legs tomorrow. the recovery is awesome.
i also started R-ALA at the same time and haven't noticed much from that. i'm not exactly sure what i'm looking for, but i was hoping to see some fat drop off but i probably just need to give it more time.
anyways - gplenish...good stuff. i can now walk normally 4 days out of the week as opposed to two and a half. i'll continue to use this stuff.
