G-Plenish week 2

has anyone tried this pre/durring workout. I normally have a shake I have durring my workout as I am bulking. It has 25-30g protein, 35g carbs and 5g creatine. I wanted to take the g-plenish with that, post workout, and before bed to add up to 3 scoops per day on training days.

Gpenish is earthy in nature in fact all GP's have a similar flavors the way around this is to blend it with something richly flavored.

ie choc, banana, or vanilla

try grapfruit juice as well seeing as it blocks the flavor as well if you dont have richly flavored items:)

before workouts it increase my endurance by alot:)

I think it is because it can be used as an energy source.

pre workout you will notice a marked difference in performance
 
Thanks bro, i will post my result atleast here after I try it for a week or so. Hopefully a 1 to1 ratio of g-plenish to protein will be ok for the taste.
 
3 to ones is better at first =(

however as you get used to it 2:1 should suffice

as my freind says

"its an aquired taste"

since its high in protein already you could also use one scoop of your whey if your left with no option , then one scoop of GPLENISH but if you were to so this you would at least need a half banana to offset the taste if you did not want to add another preitn scoop
 
The taste is something that you get used to very quickly (unless you're a huge... you know, pussy), and the benefits largely outweight any momentary taste discomfort you might experience at first.
 
pussy or whatver it still tastes like shit so it better deliver some results, its 4th day and my whole lower body is still sore after lifting on sunday and I gotta 3 hour long bball practice tommorow

I dont kno what to blame this on just yet cause I dont know what I would feel like without gplenish... this was my first time lifting weights this month cause im in my basketball season..

yesterday I did upper body and I'm fine so I guess basketball is whats keeping my legs hurtin...

although performance wise the legs arent stopping me from going hard though, at least thats what I want to think

I cannot lie it does become an aquired taste, that why we really emphsized this poin twhen we first got on here.

if you dilute it with your protein powder you should be fine

again I am sorry its that unpleasant for you bro:(

since when does anything in bodybuilding taste good? i seriously get so mad everytime i see people complaining about the taste of something. the vagina's need to stop bleeding

suck it up for god's sakes. and its not even bad after the first time. i like the taste now. goes great with muscle milk
