G-Plenish week 2

ordered two tubs today. hope they're the 1500 g ones but i don't care. i just want to see the effects of it. all the other af products have given me the results they promise. if this one is as good as they say, i will be even a step closer to acheiving my goals. i'll keep you guys updated.
 
remeber it tastes earthey and must be blended or dry shaken with other richly flavored items =-)

Earthy as in it tastes like dirt or compost?
 
"Earthy" as in a natural flavor and smell that you can tell is natural and most likey good for you, not chemically, or artificial smelling or tasting.
 
what if we are really drinkin some dog shit extract or somethin and people who made it are really laughin at us

anyway Im sore as fuck today cause I was doing legs yesterday, that plus 3hr long basketball practice did it for me...

we'll see if I can recover from this, and by the way Im taking 3 large scoops a day, in the morning before and after practice...
tommorow I will take it after practice + upper body workout in the gym.

by the way wouldnt it be better if I took it in the morning, after being done with practice and last thing before I go to bed

Gplenish seems to be dose dependant rather than timing dependant

so its sot so much on when you take it, and more so on how much you take

2-3 huge table spoons is enough for the trained athlete

although on hard cardio days, and leg days sometimes I have 4 servings:)


does not tast like chocolate cake but it works:angel:
 
what I did today was put just some water in this glass and added tablespoon of gplenish, I didnt mix it just downed it like a shot of vodka or somethnig... I didnt really mix it cause that way the taste effect is really short compared to mixing it with some water and slowly drinkin it..

is that cool or will that not work?
