yeah you guys are lazy or something lol.

listen its ok to be critical as well, we are going to develop a generation 2 GPLENISH

it will be flavored so that wont be an issue, and it wil be able to be mixed with a spoon.

the only short coming at all with the product is that it tastes
natural (earthy) , and it needs to be mixed in a blender, or shaken dry with other protein powders, then you can add your chosen liquid -------not a big deal.

if your taking 2-3 servings a day its gonna work in more than one aspect.

Been using G Plenish and Glucorell R for less than a week now and can already tell a difference in my recovery this week, along with more endurance and better pumps. Can't wait till this stuff really gets saturated in my system... :)

same here! i cant exactly put my finger on it, but it just feels good!! :D
 
well it usually takes less than 24hrs from for me to feel sore from an intense workout.. its now been almost 30 hours and i'm still not feeling any soreness from a serious tricep workout i had yesterday. so i'm definately noticing an improvement in recovery in a little less than one week at 2 servings a day. also noticed more visual vascularity during my workouts. so far very excited about the gplenish! only problem has been poor mixability.. it tends to clump if i use a shaker.. blender breaks it up, but isnt as convenient. however this is not really a big deal considering my results so far.

I am not trying to hype the product, yes I am involved with it

but its only going to get better and better for you as you continue to use it, I am not just saying that, you shall see.

as for the mixibility your right.

it happens to be the nature of the stuff.

2 strategies for mixing

1) mix it all at once in the morning or at night and
a) mix it with your protien drink as a liquid additive on the spot (carry a little tupper wear glass containing dense liquified GPLENISH, remember its heat stable and PH stable so you can carry it around)
b) just mix it with all your protien powder and carry the ready made drink with you

or

2) shake the GPLENISH dry with other protein powder till the contents merge, then add liquid and shake again


so you have been taking it for less than one week huh?:angel:

OHH YES its going to get even better.......
