G-Plenish week 2

alright, i just started the Gplenish and glucorellR... as far as the GP is concerned, i understand the dosing of 2-3tbsp per day, but does it make any diff if i split up some of the dosing to say four 1/2tbsp size servings throughout the day? the taste isnt that bad, but my protein mix doesnt cut with it well. my ratio is more like 2 scoops protein to 1tbsp GP, and i can see how 3:1 or 4:1 would be a little better.. i plan to hit the PWO with a full scoop, expecting the dex to help cut it..

not at all.
I just suggested it for conveniance:)

your idea is just fine

2 guys trurned me on to another idea
Namely FONZ and BO

I now take two scoops at night,
and I wake up much fuller, and rested

good mix on the supps by the way

glucorrell r + gplenish + creatine = happiness
;)

people tend underestimate the power of the above three together

ok I suggested this to another member guys

you can have two GPLENISH, CREATINE, PROTEIN, R-ALA meals a day.

make one in the morning for breakfast, and one for post workout or before bed.

if you do this PLEASE post your results with that SUPP stack, your strength and recuperation should increase exponetially of that stack.

the shake would look like this.

2-3 scoops of a flavored whey protien
1 full scoop of Gplenish mixed in
1-2 table spoons of creatine
half a banana
1-3 caps of r-ala.

take that twice a day and you have no choice but to progress

yes its really good with it.

just for your info, since many will try this we should make it as cost effective as possible =)

we know where to get Glucorell (AF)

we know where to get Gplenish (AF and a select group of others)

now comes the WHEY----from what I understand www.allthewhey.com has the best deals, and the quality seems to be good.

as for creatine I don't really know

maybe youy guys can help?? =)

bump on the creatine question.. i've been using Prolab creapure with good results, but i'm just about out.. looking for a good and cost effective replacement
