first was deca only, like 200mg ew, only ran for 7 weeks or so, no pct.. ouch

ive been lifting religiously for the past 3 years, heavy for maybe the past 2
i was a pitcher in baseball so before then i basically just did legs and light weight endurance lifting and ran a shit load..
i started juicing too early really, i wasnt near my genetic potential and i was young, but you live you learn. i have no regrets
