Final weeks of 18wker pics..

That cycle looks good there. You're pretty darn lean so I'd keep bulking. But this next 18 week cycle is pretty much exactly what I would do for a 2-phase run. Good luck.

i know theres alot of igf threads goin around, but your in your mid 20s..

how do you run your igf, am then pwo dose? bilatteral injections?

i am thinking about just doing it PWO, since i keep hearing that the actual half life of lr3 is around 25-30 hours.. and site injections seem unimportant since the igf basically makes its way to the receptors that were worked that day no matter where its injected..

ive seen a preworkout inject pwo inject schedule.. man im just so lost on all these different injection schedules

theres so many different ways.. just wondering since you seem to be pretty experienced with GH and igf even at 25yo what you saw the best results with

You're right about the IGF-1. Dose immediately pwo only. That's when the IGF-1 receptors are up-regulated that most. I've tried pre-workout, and to be honsest that's when I got the best pumps, but I was chasing the shot with 100 grams of carbs. Eating that much complex carbs will give anyone a pump. I've since gone to pwo pins. I'm currently on GH as well, so I only pin IGF-1 3-4 times a week (I train 6 days a week), using 60-80 mcg each pin. With such a dosing schedule I can get away with running it for a while, but when you go to ED you really should go 4 weeks on with at least 4 weeks off. This current run will take me into PCT, and then i'll cycle off it for a bit.

As far as what works better it's hard to say. IGF-1 gives you some cosmetic results faster (pumps, fat loss) than GH does, but the real reason we use these compunds is for hyperplasia, and there's no way you can see that in a short period of time. IF i absolutely had to choose only one to use, it'd be GH. It's tried and true, has some other added benefits (improved skin quality/increased elasticity, better sleep), and the generics can be had for the same coin if not cheaper than a good vial of IGF-1.

nice complete package. You may be suprised how you look in just 3 weeks also once the water sheds. Keep it up bro!
 
BIG dude at a BIG height. Damn, im 6'2 and i find it hard to pack on size at this height. I bet you'd look crazy on a prop & tren cycle. Howd you like the EQ bro?? Did your gains keep coming at the end???? Keep up the good work bro! Looking Great.
