sometimes i feel like no matter how much i eat ill never thicken up! cant fight the whole lean look i guess embrace it? being 6'5'' SUCKS

do 330 for reps on flat bench, max 370 or so
340 for reps decline
275 reps incline
225 reps military

weighed in at 259lbs today.. 6'5''

Not to knock this brother down because he looks great, but it goes to show you how strong low self esteem can be. I would kill to have a lean look no matter what, and some complain about the opposite. Go figure.

well i came from 6'5'' 185.. leme see if i can gather up a picture from about 2 years ago within the next couple of days..

id like to end up around 6'5'' 285 7-8% bf within the next year.. i do have to admit i think i look small(i know it doesnt make sense on paper), your mind can play tricks on you when your so used to being a certain way.. i get comments everyday, at the mall, the gym, the grocery store.. but then i go home and pick myself apart.. its a disease i swear.. haha
