freakin crazy today at my gym!

oh i forgot...just wanted to let y'all know that creepy, laughing, ab-crunching old man was absent today. i saw a few regulars and i think everyone was anticipating, expecting or dreading his return.

I did back today. AND i've upgraded 5 pound heavier dumbbells for my rows!!!!

i wont say the amount of weight though cause you guys will make fun of me..

They outta stuff a couple LMA's in the AED packs for stuff like that.....I mean there's a good chance there might be a paramedic or a doc in the gym.

Too expensive to do that. I'm surprised the gym owner actually spent $1500 on an AED. Saved this kid's life for sure.
