I am doing everyday injects with tren prop combo. This is my first time using Bi's.
M - 2ccs R glute
T - 2ccs L GLute
W - 1cc R bi and L bi
Th - 2ccs L delt
F - 2ccs R delt
S - 2 ccs R quad
Sun - 2 ccs L quad

A few weeks of that and you begin to look forward to your daily poke. The bug bit me on my first or second cycle of tren.

na dont do what that retard is doing...thats a good site but not good advise for the bicep injection.....

just sit down on a chair...rest your arm on your leg(kinda like your doing concentrating curls but sitting up more) flex your bicep to see where the peak is....loosen the muscle again then shoot where the peak was when flexing....it may seem a little high up but its ok..good luck bro
 
I don't see any calves being used. Not that they are the solution for the shot-shy. But for the bros who are listing their numerous site injections, I recommend giving the calves a go. Definitely more difficult and painful than delts, which are really almost as easy as quads, but I'll tell you what, I realize their is no logical reason why spot injections will increase muscle growth, but I could swear my calves show gains when I shoot tren at about 1-2cc a week in each. If you aren't bothered by injections and have some calve size to work with, give it a try. At the least the first time you try it, it will let you work up that nervous feeling you probably haven't had since your early days of injecting.
 
My bad bro, you know what they say about great minds... While on the subject, you said you found calves easy. Do you mean from a pain stand point, or blood vessels concentration, or overall? I like the calves, but I definitely haven't found them to be an easy site from a pain stand point (both during injection and after) if I were to compare it to delts.
