For those of you who are cutting and hate dieting..READ THIS

Your theory on eating cheeseburgers to stop craving cheeseburgers is interesting, but have to be tested, since your lean, whole wheated, no fat cheeseburger is not really junk food, it is just a healthy alternative .You may spend all this time eating the lean cheeseburger and still crave tha greasy, lard fried Mac Donald´s one...
I once tried this with pizza: Covered a Pita bread with tomato sauce ( home made, just the tomatoes), non fat cheese or ricota, oregano( sp) and after a while I was dying for a Peperonni from Pizza Hut.
Craving is very complicated and involves both emotional and chemical/neuroendocrinal aspects.
But that is just my opinion;
Your idea is original and worthy, thanks...

no they dont have to be all equal in calories or macronutrient ratios..if anything you dont want that cuz it keeps your body "guessing" which is a good thing..you never want your body to "get use" to anything while your trianing or dieting..

So you're saying that your body won't become acclimated to 3 cheeseburgers and 3 protein shakes every single day for 3-4 weeks?

I understand that you're preaching simplicity and satiation here, but I really don't think that a diet like this is particularly healthy. People cheat because they don't have variety. A lack of variety in one's diet == feelings of deprivation.

ALSO, if you want to make really healthy fries, try this: cut up a sweet potato into strips, dip them into egg whites, place them on a piece of foil that has been lightly covered with non-stick spray and bake for 30 mins at 400 degrees. Salt and pepper and you've got something that would almost pass for real fries.

you guys are missing the point and macro's.. you guys need to have more nutritional experience before you stroke your keyboards
