For those of you who are cutting and hate dieting..READ THIS

No, I don't think we are georgie24...we just aren't pandering to kakdiesel like you are.

I don't think it's that good of an idea, no offense intended to kakdiesel, because there is absolutely no variety in the diet and I don't think that is healthy. Period.

I'm just dieting and this sounds like refreshing. I'm heading for the supermarket!
 
has anyone ever used a diet like this to cut up for a show? if I can get my puny chest to catch up I want to do a under 21 show but havent figured out what diet I want to use yet

Theres variety, meat, veggies, bread.. what else do you want. It's healthy and you know it.

Dude, what are you smoking?

Variety - 2 meals for 28 days is not variety. I know you might have a little problem with this, so I've been kind enough to provide a link for you - http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=variety.

Healthy - It is relatively healthy (especially compared to what most of the population is eating) as long as you're taking a multi vitamin. But again, VARIETY is the only thing that will cover all of your nutritional needs.

Look, I can respect what kakdiesel is saying in terms of emotional and psychological satisfaction, but I don't think eating the exact same thing DAY after DAY after DAY is good for you.

Sure its healthy, it's also variety because it includes meat, veggies, and bread... AND a shake.
