Is there a place to find a breakdown of certain foods? I mean like if I eat an apple, what is the breakdown of that as far as calories, sugars, fats, carbs, protiens, etc.? Is there a place for me to find this stuff out? I know that most places put nutritional info on their packages, but say I go to the deli and order a 6" turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, spicy mustard on whole wheat bread...how the hell do I figure out calories, fats, etc.?
