fooball workout... please critique

my football coach thrown together a 3-day full body workout routine, and i just wanted to know how good it really is, please be honest and tell me how helpful this workout will really be...

Mon

Box Squat- 2X3, 1X10
Towel Bench (Benching with like a 4 inch box on your chest so you don't go down all the way)- 2X3, 1X10
Leg Curl- 2X10
Leg Extension- 2X10
Jump Shrugs (dumbell)- 2X10
Straight Leg deadlift standing on box- 2 X10

Tues

Power Clean- 2X3, 1X10
Hex Bar Deadlift- 2X3, 1X10
Lat Pull down- 2X10
Incline Bench- 2X10
Lunge- 2X10
Curls- 2X10

Wed

Cardio

Thurs

Parallel Squat- 2X3, 1X10
Bench- 2X3, 1X10
Shoulder Raises
Jammer
Close Grip Bench
Tricep Pull down

Any Suggestions or Comments???
 
i know my coach doesn't know anything, he claims he gets his workout from colleges... practice his afterwards on mon and tues, and thurs sometimes... after workout we do dots and jump rope (pretending to have a rope)
 
I'm trying to figure out the logic here.
Obviously a football player needs power ... legs and pushing and pulling.

But..this routine hops around so much.
And 10 reps?

Why not hit the basics or group the exercises on a split of push, legs, pull?

Oh...and don't piss him off.
