my football coach thrown together a 3-day full body workout routine, and i just wanted to know how good it really is, please be honest and tell me how helpful this workout will really be...

Towel Bench (Benching with like a 4 inch box on your chest so you don't go down all the way)- 2X3, 1X10
Leg Curl- 2X10
Leg Extension- 2X10
Jump Shrugs (dumbell)- 2X10
Straight Leg deadlift standing on box- 2 X10
