Hey brothers Sunday was legs day had a awseme leg session. Im breaking pbs every week almost. I find im holdin myself back from pushing too heavy i dont want to any injuries ive had my fare share in the past. Im happy with small wins every week. Anyways enough ranting here is my training and food.
