Hi, is there any benefit to doing a five day split where you work only one muscle per day. for example
day 1 back
day2 chest
day3 rest
day4 legs
day5 shoulders
day6 arms
day7 rest
doing 4-5 exercises per bodypart and 3-4 sets per exercise.
