Whoa bro...You seem like you got a lot of reading to do. First off, 15 minutes can hardly be considered cardio.
Second, you're training all those body parts every day? Try picking one or two body parts to work each day. Cardio every day is ok, but make sure you're not overdoing it. You don't wanna take on too much, too fast. Ease into it or you're setting yourself up for injury.
