First shot yall

hey guys, first shot tonight. i couldnt wait anymore, the anticipation was killing me!!! i did everything text book style. outer thigh area with a 25g 1" needle. prepared the bottle with an alcohol swab, drew 1cc (took forever) swapped needles, rubbed thigh with alcohol swab for about 30 seconds (my hand trembling so that helped there..hehe) poked in nice and slow (believe it or not, didnt hurt at all!!) asperated, then listened to my body accept the test. took about a minute and a half but took it all. withdrew and scrubbed again. i can tell there is pressure there but i went all the way in. that should be far enough right? 1"? well i hope she aint too sore tomorrow!!! I have officially joined the force my friends!!!! wish me luck!!!

Yep. Whatever you do don't get 18s. They punch WAY to big of a hole. 20 is almost to big.

jesus christ! telling him to get 20g. i know just for removing it from the vail but didn't see anyone tell him to change the 20 to something else. go get a box of 23g. 1", and also get just a small box of extra needles, without the syringe. they have them. go that route. do stick with 23g. they are a very good size and will help keep down the scar tissue.

Draw w/ 21g and shoot w/ 23g for me. Glad you broke your cherry bro. I remember my first. I starred at that fucking needle what seemed like an hour. Finally I said to myself, are you gonna poke that needle in you pussy? After the poke, I was like, damn, is that it? Seems funny but I kind of look forward shots now

Sounds like you have your procedure right, but I too draw with 21, shoot with 23.
