First Real Cycle

If your looking to lose weight doing 15 minute cardio sessions 4 days a week.... Well, i dont even work up a sweet in 15 minutes.... I Dont even know where to start for you bro...

First, u need to up your cardio to 5-6 days a week, even on days your not lifting and the time too should be atleast 30-45 minutes for effective weight loss.... You also should do your cardio after your workout when your body is in fat burning mode.

Ill just give you some off my currents from lifting. Im 23, 5'6, currently 185bs, 8% body fat... I dont max but do touch low reps with high weight, im also currently cutting for a show, 9.5 weeks out, I eat 7 whole meals and 2 shakes a day and im eating 350-400 grams of protein per day, 120-160 grams of carbs per day. More important is after your cycle, you continue to eat and even take in more protein if possible to maintain growth and proper pct should be used. Wh

I do cardio at 6 am everyday even no training days for 40-60 mins pending on day and muscle working out and after workout 6 days a week for an hour. I workout 6 days a week, never using the same workout but usually a msucle a day with 2 days of legs, some weeks doubling a muscle group.... Legs are my strong point! Upper abs/Lower abs EOD, Lower back and Obliques EOD... Just to compare Im 40 lbs lighter and way less fat... The weight helps bro, i feel more strong when im at about 11-13% then where im at now. These are stats from last week when i had 3-4 more lbs.
Bench-315x4
Squat- 405x5
Deadlift- 365x4

Did some heavier sets to change.. Did pump sets and supersets for 3 weeks with some sets of 8-10 but hadnt touched heavy so needed too change the routine for adequate muscle growth still.
Just showing that training and proper nutrition with a bit more dedication can get you good results!

I will be the person to disagree to an extent. Adding some AAS such as test will put your body into a better environment for fat burning. Do the AAS BURN fat? Not directly...but better nitrogen balance with protein retention, added LBM, plus diet and cardio puts your body in a great mode to burn off additional fat and to recomp your body. Should you rely on AAS when you main goal is BF loss, NO, but if you are looking to recomp, eat clean, add in cardio, and lift heavy, AAS allows you to get more results if done right.

I always recomp better when running Beast or Test than just diet and cardio switches alone.

The main point here is that you MUST have your diet and training in check and perfected BEFORE you add in any of these compounds or you will just waste the potential cycle, and you dont want to do that if you are just expecting to run these compounds and lose fat its not gonna happen like that.

You're post is dead-on for the most part.I think what Steve is saying, roids won't really help him reduce fat because of his body composition. I tend to agree with Steve, and also agree with you. If you're somewhat more advanced in weight training.....

Yeah, obviously AAS shouldnt be used TO directly burn fat. The fat loss should come secondary as a result of good diet and increased physicaly activity but obviously you can lose fat while on cycle. It just that when people say "AAS doesnt help you burn fat" its kind of misleading but I understand why some people tend to say it that way so people dont use AAS as a tool to just think they will burn fat. Obviously putting on more muscle and being more active, while making better use of your nutrients will always lead to fat loss by one means or another :-)

No need to anyone to debate the topic, but its always good to clarify for people, especially those trying to learn.
