If your looking to lose weight doing 15 minute cardio sessions 4 days a week.... Well, i dont even work up a sweet in 15 minutes.... I Dont even know where to start for you bro...
First, u need to up your cardio to 5-6 days a week, even on days your not lifting and the time too should be atleast 30-45 minutes for effective weight loss.... You also should do your cardio after your workout when your body is in fat burning mode.
Ill just give you some off my currents from lifting. Im 23, 5'6, currently 185bs, 8% body fat... I dont max but do touch low reps with high weight, im also currently cutting for a show, 9.5 weeks out, I eat 7 whole meals and 2 shakes a day and im eating 350-400 grams of protein per day, 120-160 grams of carbs per day. More important is after your cycle, you continue to eat and even take in more protein if possible to maintain growth and proper pct should be used. Wh
I do cardio at 6 am everyday even no training days for 40-60 mins pending on day and muscle working out and after workout 6 days a week for an hour. I workout 6 days a week, never using the same workout but usually a msucle a day with 2 days of legs, some weeks doubling a muscle group.... Legs are my strong point! Upper abs/Lower abs EOD, Lower back and Obliques EOD... Just to compare Im 40 lbs lighter and way less fat... The weight helps bro, i feel more strong when im at about 11-13% then where im at now. These are stats from last week when i had 3-4 more lbs.
Bench-315x4
Squat- 405x5
Deadlift- 365x4
Did some heavier sets to change.. Did pump sets and supersets for 3 weeks with some sets of 8-10 but hadnt touched heavy so needed too change the routine for adequate muscle growth still.
Just showing that training and proper nutrition with a bit more dedication can get you good results!
