I'm posting over from Manchester England and I'm in search for some advice on which stack to complete over say 8-12 weeks. I'm 29, 6ft and 196lb with 14% bf. I've been training for about 8 years but only really took it seriously over the last 2 years. I used to go to a gym owned by a burned out semi pro who used to sell gear to who ever walked through the door. Being a novice I did a few courses of Sus and Deca followed by a course of winstrol tabs with no clear routine or nutritional plan either so basically I looked like a smoothed out bag of water who pretty much turned to flab once I finished the course.
2years ago I changed gym and lifestyle altogether and have manged to loose weight and gain some size that I never did at my old gym. I know follow a programme called Athlean X, there's a lot of HIIT involved and each day consists of heavy weights with explosive movements and loads of cardio. After loads of research I wouldn't mind doing a Test stack with maybe Masteron and Winstol.
My questions are:
Which Test would be best to use (a lot of people say either Test P, Test E or Test C would do, hence the confusion)
Would I be better off with an 8 or 12 week course?
Which PCT should I consider and would I need any during the cycle?
My goal is to gain size but to loose that stubborn belly day around my navel, look solid and have a six pack once and for all
