First injection, leg is KILLING me

I did my first injection on monday. Everything seemed to go smoothly. It was 1 ml of test enan. My leg has been incredibly sore the past couple of days. It is hard to walk up or down stairs, I stumble getting out of my car, i limp when I walk. Is this normal for a first shot?

I'm probably just being paranoid but better safe than sorry.

you will get used to it...as long as the site doesnt go red...is hot to the touch
and u develop a fever..you are good to go

Test E. is terrible when injected in the legs. Maybe stick to injecting in Glutes...wil stil be sore, but not as bad IMO.

What kind of test did you use?

I had a similar thing happen with QV Test. 1st shot in the quad went fine second in the other was a killer. I couldn't walk for a day or 2 besides limping around. LOL

Exactly. Just grin a bare it for now and eventually it won't hurt anymore.

My first inject of sust was kind of like that too. Every one after that got a little easier. Most recent one barely hurts at all. Just a tiny little bit of dull discomfort. Probably didn't help much that the first time I was shaking like a dog shitting razor blades. . .pretty amped I guess. BTW, I put mine in the quads as well, don't need to be Gumby.

As long as there's no redness, probably nothing to worry about. You'll get used to it.

dose every one have pain when the go into the leg??

Ya, when I walk I try to exagerate the movement instead of limping. I find that it makes the pain a little better. Today was leg day but I literally cannot do squats. If I want to do a glute shot is a 1" needle long enough?

Everyone keeps asking me why I am limping. It's always like they are interogating me but I know it's just because this time I don't have a legal excuse for it. I just tell people I hit it at work. Maybe I look kinda cool limping, people might look at me and think, "well he's fairly muscular... maybe he got in a fight with a bear or something. Whata cool guy!"

Suck it up. It's just like very site-specific DOMS. I find it hard to believe that it's actually so bad it's preventing you from doing things like your normal leg routine.

My leg kind of seizes up when I try to move it. I used a heating pad and it helped alot.
