first cycles do not consist of multiple compounds or high doses once and for all

I dunno... I did the traditional 250mg sus a week/8 weeks... I gained/kept 15lbs... I was happy with that... I didn't eat enough either... so I could have easily sucked another 10lbs off that cycle...

First cycles needn't be huge... as long as you have diet dialed in...
 
I always give the exact same cycle for a newb.

Week 1-10 Test Cyp or Ena @ 400mg
Week 1-4 20mg dbol ED

Nolva, clomid therapy. I am not against orals one a first cycle, but am against heavy doses of gear.

If you wanna take a gram for your second cycle, fine i'm not gonna condmen you, but I won't support it.
 
Test(Sust/Omna, Enanthate & Cypionate)@500mgs for 8-10 weeks is the way to go for a First Cycle!! Just make sure whatever you're using is REAL & ACCURATELY DOSED.

Even 250mg/week should suffice.
 
I think there is sometimes a problem with 250.. often you don't feel a great deal different when taking 250.. and 500 or 250 WITH orals is often where real magic occurs... 250 on it's own often makes me feel weaker and tired; sure I get better pumps than natural and strength rises a bit.. but 500 or 250 with dbol is just so much better... and probably still very safe..
 
I will disagree with the statement that they should do only one drug. If they have been lifting for a long time, consistantly and have made noticable progress, then running a moderate dose of test with deca and dbol will work great.

I don't care if you are a newbie or a pro, you will lose a certain amount of weight after a cycle even with a proper diet and training regime.

However, they all need to understand that if they do not bust ass on the cycle be one drug or multiple, any gains they make will be false gains.

It is a matter of personal preference as to ones choice and all we can do is guide them in the right direction intelligently and not by insulting them or degrading them. We were all newbs once.

For me a beginner cycle should consist of 1-2 items totaling no more than 500mg/week. Noone should need more than 3 things at once until they're national level BB'er.
I still cycle like so:

weeks 1-12 Test 500mg/week
weeks 1-6 Fina 75mg EOD
weeks 7-12 Winny 100mg EOD

Three drugs but only two at a time.
 
So, if no one should use 3 compounds till they are national level competitors, how did the national level competitors get to where they are? Besides the hard work they obviously put in at the gym?

And why is 3- compounds or 2-compounds bad for someone who is a beginner or who is on say their second or third cycle?

What physiology is so different from a beginner to the novice to a pro that would prohibit ones use of 3 compounds?

I find that a basic test/deca or eq (singly or alternated such as 6 weeks for deca and then 6 weeks for eq) and dbol work absolute miracles.

Why shouldn't I enjoy that? Why shouldn't I use growth hormone or insulin if I choose? Throwing in some growth hormone in the above cycle I mentioned is outstanding for me.

So I ask again, what is so physiologically different that a novice should only do test? And why should we not do 3 or 4 compounds unless we compete nationally?

Plain and simple. Joe Rookie does his first two cycles with 4 drugs in each cycle. Chances are that 1-2 of them worked great, another was ok and the last didn't do much at all except cause side effects. Overall his results are good, so what does he do next time? The same four drugs...even though two were basically useless he'll never figure that out because he's taking too many things to figure out what's doing what. I always take a drug by itself or with some other known quantity the first time. I took Fina last time - great effects but it made me lethargic all the time. So I know now if I combine it with other drugs and feel lethargic, it's definitely the Fina.
Besides, getting big is really very simple....eat well, train hard, rest and add some juice. I don't see how small doses of 4-5 drugs is better than moderate doses of 2-3 drugs. It's the totality that matters.
