First cycle

December 15th I started my first cycle. Here's what I'm doing;
D-bol week 1-5 30mg/d
Deca week 1-10 300mg/wk
Test Cyp week 1-10 400mg/wk
Nolva on hand
Clomid post cycle
I'm taking the D-bol with grapefruit juice to increase absorption and supplementing with Milk Thistle for the first four weeks.
30 years old, training approximately 7 or 8 of the last 10 years (not 7 or 8 years straight) 180 lbs don't know body fat probably around 12% (it crept up again due to a recent injury that caused me to miss workouts)
My workouts look like this;
Day One
Stationary Bike 5-10 minutes to warm up
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3x15,12,8
Leg Curls 3x15
Squats 3x15,8,6
Lunges 3x10
Standing Calf Raises 4x15
Hanging Leg Raises 3x30,25,20

Day Two
Stationary Bike 5-10 minutes to warm up
Barbell Curls 4x20,12,10,10
EZ Curls 3x10
Alternating Dumbell Curls 3x12
Dumbell Wrist Curls 4x15,15,12,12

Day Three
Stationary Bike 5-10 minutes to warm up
Bench Press 4x15,15,8,7
Incline Bench Press 3x9,9,7
Dumbell Flyes 3x10
Rope Tricep Pushdowns 3x12,9,7
Bench Dips 3x12
Hanging Leg Raises 3x30,25,20

Day Four
Off

Day Five
Stationary Bike 5-10 minutes to warm up
Wide Grip Chins 3x14,8,6
Parallel Grip Lat Pulldowns 3x10
Dumbell Rows 3x10
Dumbell Shoulder Press 3x12,8,5
Side Dumbell Raises 2x10
Rear Delt Laterals 3x12

etc...

I change the order of the exercises every workout, for example, instead of flat bench first, I'll do inclines. The number of reps may look strange because on the last one or two sets of each exercise I go to complete failure. So if it says 6 reps thats how many I did on my most recent workout. I try to increase reps or weight each workout. I lift three days in a row, then take a day off, then three more in a row. This way I'm doing a different bodypart each time I come back from an off day.

My goal is to add about 10 to 15 pounds while keeping the bloat and acne to a minimum. Gaining some fat doesn't bother me (its winter here in Minnesota). All opinions welcome.

I did my third shot yesterday. So far I've gained 11 pounds, much of it water obviously. I've seen marginal strength increases as well.
 
YES YES YES YES YES. Everything looks spot on and it's thrilling to see someone so organized for thier first cycle. You will do very well because you've got your shit together. Stick to your plan and you'll be reqarded with more than 10-15 pounds likely.

This looks very good. I'm sure you've planned your diet and rest just as thoroughly as the training. You shouldn't have a problem obtaining your goal. You could do 20 lbs on that cycle, I suspect.

The bloat from dbol/test can be a bit much. I added arimidex after the first couple of weeks and didn't regret it. It kept all but 2 lbs of water off so I could more accurately gauge my results.
 
Thanks for the replies. I've been trying to eat as much as possible, keeping the protein especially high. I've had a little trouble sleeping for about the last week, but I've heard that sometimes happens from AS.
