First cycle..

Hi everyone,
Right where to start, I am 29 and have always been to gyms and if I don't I just get fatter and fatter, I started a new gym after a year out about 4 month ago as I was 22st, I am 5.11 but stocky with it. I have hammered the gym and sorted my diet out with help from the gym staff, I am now bang on 18st but can not seem to get any lower or any trimmer.

I am now at the stage where I want to try steroids, And which ever works best, injecting/tablets etc. From what I have read I should start on 250mgs of test e every 4 days, is that right?

I just want to lose the love handles, all my fat is mid rift, I have decent shoulders arms and chest and legs are fine too.

So I am after advice and the more I read the more confused I get as there is a lot say do this and a lot say don't, so without directly asking feel I'm wasting my time.

What is the best cycle for me?
I want to cut the fat and tone up but also bulk a little.
I go to the gym for 1 hour 5x a week
And have 1 protein shake a day.

Diet; you need to address your diet and training til you have your body fat down to at least 14%, 12 would be even better. Go to the forums here and read all the stickies regarding diet to cut, and training before even considering a cycle. If you do a cycle now you will get mixed results at best, and may end up disappointed, or even discouraged.
 
My diet is really good at the moment, the weight is still falling but very slow, my training is good also, I will be adding an extra 30 mins cv work to give it an extra push. I have seen a lot people in worse shape than me get amazing results from steroids. I can put in the hard work I just want a kick start.
 
If you're that heavy and weight is falling slow then your diet is not really good, in fact I'd guess its very poor, the more fat you have the easier it is to lose, steroids are not for out of shape people trying to slim down, they're for athletes pushing performance to a level that would be otherwise unattainable... Post up a typical days eating and you'll get some help with this...

I'd be willing to be your diet sucks. Post up your diet that you eat daily and how muh and what kind of cardio you do.

Steroids are not the answer for you at this point. Your looking for a quick fix.

Porridge for breakfast every day, fruit as a snack about 10, dinner consists of most of the time tuna on robots and chicken and rice for tea, that is a pretty standard dad to day diet that only varies 1 day a week which is my cheat day to shake my body up, even then I don't pig out on sweets etc.
I go thru 20kg of chicken breast a week.
My diet is sorted I have paid to get it good.

I will just research myself and figure it out.

95% of the time new guys say their diet is good and its shit. We deal with this day after day over and over. You didnt post your diet so we have to take your word for it. People are usually wrong. So excuse the hell out of me/or others for assuming your diet sucks. You didnt list your cardio. Obviously your diet still needs tweaking as does your cardio if you cant lose any more body fat. You didnt post your daily macros. How much good fat, carbs, protein, cals you get a day?

Test is NOT going to burn fat for you. In cutting its used to preserve muscle mass while you diet on a calorie deficit and do an ass load of high intensity cardio.

Coming in right off posting that your diet is dialed in without posting it along with not mentioning any cardio and that body fat/weight loss has stalled and now wanting to use AAS for it is the first tell tale sign that you are in need of a change to what your doing. Or that something your doing isnt right. So dont get your panties in a bunch because no one is just taking your word for anything. If we are going to HELP you achieve your goals we need ALL the pertinent info.
 
As per the other advice given, go and check out the Diet and Bodybuilding forum on this website. After about 30 seconds of looking I was directed to the Body For Life diet, which after checking their website looks really easy to follow. You mentioned that you are consuming 20kgs of chicken a week, which at the size I buy them (500grams a chicken breast) is 40 chicken breasts a week, which is a lot. I'm only guessing, but if that is a indication of how much your are eating, there lies part of the problem.
At this point a steroid cycle is not going to help you. Instead of spending money on a cycle, put your diet and goals on the Diet and Bodybuilding Forum, and/or go and speak to a Sports Nutritionist and work out a proper diet that is designed for you and your needs - then stick to it.

We are here to help, but there are no quick fixes, so stop looking for one.
 
Not to mention that asking us to tell YOU what to do cycle wise just shows you have done little to NO research on your own. You just decided "I think I wanna do steroids" is you looking for something chemical to do the work for you.
So if you sens a little attitude in anyones post it is deserving.

+1..."make me a cycle" and 4 months back in the gym, c'mon....

You need to be way more open minded, if you want a yes man you're in the wrong place......

And I have not asked anyone to MAKE me a cycle, I have asked advice on a cycle as I am looking into starting one, I've been a member on here since 2008, when I originally wanted to do them and have done countless hours if research. And I do mean countless. I've spoke to people who take them, my reason for posting is the split in opinions, some say take these e some say deca and sus,

You all have an image of me being a big blob, that's not the case. I've been going to the gym all my life along with competing in athletics as a 110 metre hurdler and playing rugby, when I was I'm my 20's I had the bod, 6 PAC and ripped and weighed 16.7 stone. And that's the truth.
To say I am looking for a quick fix is a ridiculous statement, I'm not a teenager trying to impress the ladies. I'm after the whole lifestyle change.
I train hard, I go running 3 nights a week and do about 20 mins cv at gym 5 times a week on tread mill and rowing machine, which will be upped to 50 mins as of Monday.so again my gym and diet is ok, it is not perfect I know that but it's good and it's not getting any better.

I'm sure you all started off all ripped and muscular didn't you, if so why go on them in the first place. For the extra help that's why, which is what I need.

You dont get the benefit of the doubt because there are 20-30 trolls and fuck head retard kids looking for a quick fix or magic pill to every 1 new person who knows wtf they are doing or has done research or has most of their shit together. Thats the way it is. If we werent overrun with that kind of shit then you might get the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunatley thats not usually the case.

You have to understand the way your post sounds to the people that read this shit every day.

If your diet isnt 100% dead nuts your not going to get to a super low body fat.
You also are asking for cycle advice after only being back 4 mos after a year layoff. Thats never good.
Again...cutting can be done with no AAS period. Why not get your body fat under control then use AAS and eat clean and add a bunch of lean mass.

Look, no offense to your guys at your gym but why not take a minute and put a thread in our training forum and post up your split as it is now and your goals with that. There are soooo many knowledgable guys here.
You might want to check the diet forum. Hell talk to Dylan he is the master of how to get shredded.
I'm telling you, you would be a lot happier if you got down to single digit body fat natural. THEN...run a cycle. You'll be much happier with the result.
 
Are you seriously saying you were ripped at 231lbs and 5'11 tall?

I said I looked good, I never said I was ripped, 2 very different things. You don't have to have muscles on muscles to look good with ya top off.
Does everyone on this site put words in ya mouth, make assumptions and pressume you not being honest??

Mate to give you a hand if you are really keen, fuck off the carbs altogether get some Clen and T3, that will get you started. Carbnite by Kiefer will help also as its an easy read.

This is complete shit advice. Fuck with his heart muscle with clen and fuck up his endocrine system with T3 just to lose a little body fat. Good call.

It's fun to to think you know better and you can do it minimally. I know of several guys in there late 40s early 50s who have had serious heart complications from clen.
But hey you are smarter than any of them I am sure and you special too.
