You all have an image of me being a big blob, that's not the case. I've been going to the gym all my life along with competing in athletics as a 110 metre hurdler and playing rugby, when I was I'm my 20's I had the bod, 6 PAC and ripped and weighed 16.7 stone. And that's the truth.
To say I am looking for a quick fix is a ridiculous statement, I'm not a teenager trying to impress the ladies. I'm after the whole lifestyle change.
I train hard, I go running 3 nights a week and do about 20 mins cv at gym 5 times a week on tread mill and rowing machine, which will be upped to 50 mins as of Monday.so again my gym and diet is ok, it is not perfect I know that but it's good and it's not getting any better.
I'm sure you all started off all ripped and muscular didn't you, if so why go on them in the first place. For the extra help that's why, which is what I need.
