First cycle..

Not to mention that asking us to tell YOU what to do cycle wise just shows you have done little to NO research on your own. You just decided "I think I wanna do steroids" is you looking for something chemical to do the work for you.
So if you sens a little attitude in anyones post it is deserving.

+1..."make me a cycle" and 4 months back in the gym, c'mon....

You need to be way more open minded, if you want a yes man you're in the wrong place......

Note 1, it's 20-24 chicken breasts a week not 40. Which is not a lot at all,
And I have not asked anyone to MAKE me a cycle, I have asked advice on a cycle as I am looking into starting one, I've been a member on here since 2008, when I originally wanted to do them and have done countless hours if research. And I do mean countless. I've spoke to people who take them, my reason for posting is the split in opinions, some say take these e some say deca and sus,
I was hoping to get questions answered but not really happening.
You all have an image of me being a big blob, that's not the case. I've been going to the gym all my life along with competing in athletics as a 110 metre hurdler and playing rugby, when I was I'm my 20's I had the bod, 6 PAC and ripped and weighed 16.7 stone. And that's the truth.
To say I am looking for a quick fix is a ridiculous statement, I'm not a teenager trying to impress the ladies. I'm after the whole lifestyle change.
I train hard, I go running 3 nights a week and do about 20 mins cv at gym 5 times a week on tread mill and rowing machine, which will be upped to 50 mins as of Monday.so again my gym and diet is ok, it is not perfect I know that but it's good and it's not getting any better.

I'm sure you all started off all ripped and muscular didn't you, if so why go on them in the first place. For the extra help that's why, which is what I need.
So the crap about the tissue is pointless comment, I'm no baby but a forum is to ak question not get shot down and called a liar, and why so people not take anyone's word anymore?
Crazy, well where I live if you say it it then it is untill someone finds out its not, honesty is me.
I'm not trying bullshit anyone or after a Quick. Fix, believe me when I say I have done my homework. With or without this forum I will be trying a cycle, just thought a big more advice on what couldn't hurt

You dont get the benefit of the doubt because there are 20-30 trolls and fuck head retard kids looking for a quick fix or magic pill to every 1 new person who knows wtf they are doing or has done research or has most of their shit together. Thats the way it is. If we werent overrun with that kind of shit then you might get the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunatley thats not usually the case.

You have to understand the way your post sounds to the people that read this shit every day.

If your diet isnt 100% dead nuts your not going to get to a super low body fat.
You also are asking for cycle advice after only being back 4 mos after a year layoff. Thats never good.
Again...cutting can be done with no AAS period. Why not get your body fat under control then use AAS and eat clean and add a bunch of lean mass.
 
I hear what ya saying, and understand about the kids and quick fix. Makes sense.

Thing is I've been back 4 month 5 days a week and I am as strong as I ever have been. I just seem to be stuck in a rutt, I am now following the usn diet to the letter and see how that does, with my extra cv work through week may do the trick, but even at my best, when I looked good a few year back I was only half. Stone lighter than I am now.

Ill speak to the guys at gym and see how my training can be tweaked more,
But in my self I feel ready for a cycle, never have done before but now I train hard and want to train harder if that makes sense.

Look, no offense to your guys at your gym but why not take a minute and put a thread in our training forum and post up your split as it is now and your goals with that. There are soooo many knowledgable guys here.
You might want to check the diet forum. Hell talk to Dylan he is the master of how to get shredded.
I'm telling you, you would be a lot happier if you got down to single digit body fat natural. THEN...run a cycle. You'll be much happier with the result.
 
Are you seriously saying you were ripped at 231lbs and 5'11 tall?

Burnthiscorpse has given you good advice....
 
I said I looked good, I never said I was ripped, 2 very different things. You don't have to have muscles on muscles to look good with ya top off.
Does everyone on this site put words in ya mouth, make assumptions and pressume you not being honest??

I am great full for the advice and will take it on board.
