age 24 (25 in 2 months from when I start)
5'9 180lbs
over 6 years serious training and 3 years of strict dieting
bodyfat not sure, check the pic
proposed cycle: 10 weeks of test-prop 150mg shot EOD (averages to 525mg per week)
I could post my entire diet for each week, but no one would have the patience to read it all. therefore, I'll simply post the macros. I will post my final diet week 5-10 upon request however. I eat a lot of oats and grilled chicken FYI
I am currently on a cutting diet. Here are the current macros
276 protein, 215.5 carbs, 71 fats, 2667 calories
Here is the weekly breakdown of what my diet will be on cycle
week 1-2
281/272.5/74, 2937 cals
week 3-4
312/281.5/93, 3239 cals
week 5-10
341/307.5/94.5, 3679 cals
I will be lifting heavy 5 days per week
please critique or does it look good the way it is? I absolutely do not want to gain fat on this cycle
