First Cycle - Review and Advise

Decided to try it out. Read the forums like crazy and want to make sure I am on the right path with cycle and with my PCT.

I am 35 and 190#'s Very slim, not sure of body fat. Been training hard for 3 years.

I am starting with 12 week cycle and I am on my second week. I read about deca and a little nervous about over using it so only going to be on for 6 weeks. I want to make sure my PCT is enough for the little amount of deca I will be using and if I am starting at the right time. I plan on getting.... HCGenerate and Unleashed/PCT combo post-cycle.. I also heard that bridge would be good to add to the pct.

Are there any codes for discounts on these items. Please let me know as I am on my second week and want to be prepared with what I need to take to make sure I keep the gains. I am new to the forums so I cant PM anybody yet..

I am ready for any advice you experts give me.

not bad but i would just recommend test only... leave the deca out of this one and save it for another cycle. it can really complicate the pct.
 
I am no expert but from what I have read on here and gathered since joining is to have all your pct products before starting the cycle. That way if they are sold out of what you need come pct time, you won't be in a jam. And I'm pretty sure these products are sold out on a regular basis. Good luck with our cycle
 
I would leave the decca out and see if you have a reaction to the test first.
 
I would recommend that you start with just the test first, just incase you have any kind of reaction you know what it was. I have seen many people put on 15lbs and keep it afterwords with a good PCT. There is a wealth of knowledge on here and we are here to help.

Just run the test for ten weeks bro.

reason being, should you experience gyno on your first run with 2 compounds - you wont know whats causing it.

so ....TEST 1-10 @ 500mg
PCT... starts 2 weeks after your last shot and you could choose something like .

aromasin 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 or clomid @ 25mg x 4 weeks
unleashed 3 caps ed
post cycle
phytoserms 347

start the hcgenerate around week 6 of the cycle and run it till the bottle is empty.
 
Guys, I think he already started the deca....but OP you're all over the place with this, run the same dose of test from start-finish...

Must ask about your diet, please post and be very detailed...

Start HCGen 5-6 weeks before end of cycle as stated...

Run Froma Stanzol starting after last pin...

Start Post Cycle/Unleashes 2 weeks after last pin...

Run Bridge then...

Please post diet ASAP...

Been supper dupper busy with things.

Not sure what your looking for. I dont know how much protein I am eating. I am basically
eating 5 eggs a day.. protein after workout casein protein at night. Peanut butter jelly snack between breakfast and lunch. Lunch is deli slices of turkey or chicken with a piece of bread. Then snack between lunch and dinner is a yogurt and slice of cheese and night is anything from chicken to steak to fish. with a salad.

On week 4 and looking great. Cutting it up. Lifting it up. So far so good.

With the PCT.. It sound like so much to take for it. I dont like that. Seems heavy to use all that.

I have the HC Gen and the Post Cycle/Unleashed
Do i really need more?
 
I think Deca is an outdated mistake of a drug. And running it first cycle is REALLY asking for trouble. Listen to the advice the guys are giving you.

No offense bud, but your diet sounds AWFUL... totally random... you have no idea what your macro's and total calories are... "peanut butter jelly snacks"?? deli meats?? yogurt and cheese for snacks? oh man.... there's no mention of the basics: oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes... chicken, turkey, lean red meat, fish...

I'm sorry, but you had no business going on a cycle if your diet is that bad... I'm afraid to ask what your workout routine is like

Dont think I am all over the place. Just started the first two weeks low to get used to the new stuff in my system. Then going to the normal rate of test with the deca. Then getting off deca because I hear too many things against it.

Awful.. I would not say that.. Not knowing how many calories maybe. Never took the time to count them. Just knew I was eating healthy.

Its not random just was rushed as I am typing at work and did not want to have this up so had to hurry. ....

My basic breakfast is..(most carbs of the day)
5 eggs with 2 yokes. with slice of bread and/or banana.
or
Oatmeal with strawberry and blueberry

Snack.
Still the same... either a yogurt and cheese or a peanut butter sandwich. I heard that peanut butter is a good protein source so that is what I am eating.
or
fruit bowl from fresh fruit

Lunch. (med carb of the day)
Deli meat 3 times a week. Could do more here I guess, but trying to stay lean while building my muscle as much as possible.
Other food - Publix roasted chicken with avacado - panaera bread sandwhich and soup but nothing too filling as the snacks hold me over.

Snack
not most of the time but sometimes the yogurt for more protein.

Dinner. (least carbs of the day)
Salad with deli meat
or
lean beef or fish or chicken with sweet potatoe / rice too but not brown a different one cant remember. (wife getting sick of it :D)

Night
Casein Protein.

So I see my eating as a low carb high protein diet which I thought was great. Not the best but for someone trying to get to the ideal meal plan I am starting on a right track. one day a week I will have a day to eat a nice meal (steak with potatoe all the fixings)

My routeine at the gym I hear is great from others that go. I end up having tag alongers for exercises and routines.

I used to do two body parts a day with about 6-8 different extercises on each of the two body parts but recently changed it to one body part a day and doing 4 reps of each and 8-10 different exercises.
Doing this I have had more comments on my improvements than anything. Getting more ripped and thicker.

You wanna skimp on PCT you will REGRET IT...

I didn't think it was going to rain yesterday but it did. What you think may not be what's true....there's no need to change doses of anabolic steroids during a cycle....1st cycle should be 100% as simple and basic as possible...

NJMG is dead on, your diet is all over the....uhhh needs work......you're comsuming far too little food for a 35 year old man, who's "on" no less...1st rule of deca is that you need to comsume an ABUNDANCE of carbs, not low carb.....you're eating far too much salt and sugar (deli meat?) and peanut butter....if you're going to eat PB it has to be all natural, organic, etc.....if you're eating Skippy you might as well be eating out of a toilet....

"My routine at the gym I hear is great from others that go"....considering 95% of gym members have NO IDEA how to train I would take this with a grain of salt....can you post a specific typical week's worth of training?

So are you trying to bulk up? or are you trying to cut up? Realy confused by the diet and the AAS used during your cycle? Given the gear, sounds like your trying to be like ronnie from jersey shore... but eating like mike! U should also considering dropping the dairy, Change over to Ezekial bread, and can you post the times that you are eating! Saying midafternoon and lunch could mean different things. If your cramming to many meals in a short period of time and then spacinga couple meals to far, could also effect the rate of your metabolism.

If you've read everything and done your homework ,you should know that you're wasting the Deca, First 125 is a very low dose and 6 week is a total waste ,because you are stopping it just when it is beginning to work,also as a first cycle i would do just test only so if sides shoot up you will know what is causing it.Save the Deca for next time.This way you learn how your body reacts to each compound as you go along.

As far as your PCT yes There are discounts Use RADAR15 and get 15% off.
PCT looks good. start it 12-14 days after your last iNject.
Diet need alot of work
 
Ok. I have decided to stop the Deca... Just was scarred of it. My supplier told me it is great and then after reading the forums it seemed that it was not for me but still wanted to try it out. But after everybody keeps stating that it is over rated and hard to come off of I am going to take it out and continue on my Test 500 a week.

Diet. I will have to read up on some of the pros above that recommend I change it up and that it is all over the place. Hopefully you guys have posted your dieting.

I. Thin he does but he only does what he was shown and what works for him. Reading here it makes me think I am glad I read before going forward. He has been doing this for awhile now and he said everything is fine.

But agreed in the fact that you must learn first before taking advice from others. Just cause they say so does not make it right

Reduce the eggs to about 3/4 and add in a scoop of whey protein, drop the banana.
Snack.

What do you mean by still the same? Peanut butter is a good source of good fats but not the best protein source, have some peanut butter with a spoon and put some tuna or salmon with cucumbers and lettuce in wholemeal bread or pitta

For meat, have either turkey or chicken breast. Its much leaner and a better source of protein, add some good fats here to with a good carb source i.e sweet potatoes and flax seed oil, yum.

Pre-Workout (1 hour before) = Some medium GI carbs i.e jacket potato for energy and some whey protein, No fats.
Post-Workout (Straight after) = High GI carbs (Dextrose / Maltodextrin / Fructose), Banana is a good choice, L-Glutamine, BCAAs and whey protein

1 hour after workout = Pasta mixed with cucumbers, lettuce, green beans and some tuna or salmon.

Dinner. (least carbs of the day)
Salad with deli meat
or

Second one is a good choice keep the rice quite low if your looking to get lean. Have some walnuts to

Night
