hit the training forum if you are looking for strength gains. if you are a football player, you should be doing plyo work if you aren't already. a lot of guys on this forum are running cycles to get their test levels to where yours are naturally. don't be an idiot.
 
I'm sure this isn't what you want to hear, but please hear me out. At 20 years old, you're a fool to mess with AAS. The rule of thumb is 21 yo, and I say 25 yo. Your natural test is at its peak right now. The only supplements I would take are creatine and BCAAs if I were you.

I recommend you change your training program. My guess is that you are overtraining. Cut down your weight trainging days to 3 days per week. Add one sprint (running) workout day. And add one day of speed and agility plyometrics. I have a great workout for football players. You will pack on the weight and gain good size. PM me if you're interested.

I'm looking to start my first cycle here soon, and am currently in the planning stage. Here is some background info:

Been seriously working out for about 5-6 years now.
Age:20, almost 21
Height:6'2"
Weight:227 as of yesterday
BF: 11%

Workouts: 5 Day Split, Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, and Arms
60 Minutes a day

Supplement History:
Creatine, Glutamine, Multi, CLA, Fish Oils, BCAAs like clockwork

Diet:

Breakfast:
15 Egg Whites, 5 Egg Yolks
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tbsp Natty PB

Meal 2:
12 oz Chicken Breast
3/4 cup oatmeal
High Protein Yogurt
1 Cup Green Beans/Broccoli

Meal 3:
Similar to meal 2, maybe a little lean turkey or tuna in the mix
35-40g whole grain carbs again
5-10 g healthy fats (almonds, PB, olive oil)

Pre-Workout:
Arginine
2.5 Scoops Whey
1 Medium Apple

Post-Workout:
2.5 Scoops Whey
120g Fast Carbs (Usually White Rice, sometimes Gatorade)

Meal 6:
Same as 2 &3

Meal 7: Lean Beef and Chicken
About 60g pro/12g fat

Meal 8:(Immediately before bed)
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp Natty PB

About 400-450 g Protein, 350g Carbs, Decent Amount of Healthy Fats

Ideas:
I know that Test is the base to any cycle, but I want to really stay away from estrogenic side effects, water retention, gyno, my ideas were either

Anavar/Tbol (50mg ED/50mg Tbol ED)
or
Anavar/Masteron (50mg Anavar ED/100mg Masteron Prop EOD)

PCT:
Nolvadex,HCG,Aromasin

Not sure on length, 6-8 Weeks?

Thanks for all the advice guys, got another question for you all.. My training partner and roommate, is about my size, maybe a little smaller, but leaner. Same age, virtually same diet (we keep each other accountable). Only difference is, he has 2 cycles of prohormones under his belt, one tren extreme, and one tren extreme/epistane. He was looking into a similar cycle to mine, would the fact that he has done ph's have any influence on his choice to do aas or not?
 
i know the best aas for you. it's called squats, deadlifts, barbell bench and some power clings. stress on the body thru those movements will having secreting hormone/testosterone from your anal glands. Your body receives a signal from your brain, "What the He** is happening here. I think I should do something that will help me survive this situation now and the next time it may happen!" Your body answers itself by releasing hormones. You ever heard the saying, "If you want bigger arms then do squats!" You and your friend need serious compound movements incorporated into your wo's and protein and rest. Thro in some creatine and your g2g.

Ya trust me, i started to really grow when i threw in more deadlifts, squats, and i completely left out my favorite lift.. Power Cleans. Do them at least once a week, with heavy weight (at least for me.. 350-400 lbs)
I do all the exercises you mentioned and get plenty of rest.. I will stay away from aas for a few years.. Really put to use my natural hormones, thanks for the help everybody.
 
now that's a smart bro. you won't regret it. I wish other younger guys could take you for example. besides the(we called power clings) at 350-400lbs. now that's just ridiculous. alotta guys in hear are gonna be jealous. if thier not, thier lyin. Good Luck.

Alright guys, its been almost a year. Diet is virtually the same with increases in good carbs and some protein for more calories. Doing plyos twice a week, cardio 3x a week, and 4 days of heavy lifting. Bodyweight is around 236, 10% bf, hit a major plateau. Turned 21 a while ago. Any opinions on if I'm ready?

Maybe
75mg ED of Prop 1-10
50mg ED tren ace 1-6
12.5 mg Aromasin EOD during cycle
25mg ED Aromasin PCT
Nolva 20mg/day weeks 11-17
500iu/day HCG 11-13
1000iu/day Vitamin E 11-13

Night sweats, anger, and insomnia don't worry me, neither do ED injects, I have an incredible pain tolerance. I'm looking for strength, lean muscle, and hardness. Any thoughts? Again i'm here to learn, and will soak up any and all info i can get
