Yea i bet my bench was down because of the lowered cals. I did get a little more shredded though

189.2 with bball shorts. Ok so 11 lbs! Im gonna fucking do it i know i will im gonna post my diet the last 5 weeks everyday so you guys can keep me in check!!! heres a pic from a couple weeks ago, first is normal, second is same but black and white (huge difference lol), and third was yesterday.

You seem a little obsessed and can't make up your mind bro, lol! You're doing a Test/Dbol/tren-tfo cycle! Bulk the fuck up! Your 189lbs! I would pack in the cals and eat your ass off with good clean food and try to get strong as fuck! You will not gain that much fat and if you gain a little so what! You look good now but your gonna be mad when your cycle is done because you were not bulking the whole time and you will lose some weight afterwards. So beef up brotha man! Just my opinion
