First Cycle Log --- Test/Dbol/Tren

Yea, before cycle I was benching as much as squatting and deadlifting a little more. Never did them consistently until now. So 1 and 3 seem likely

My bench has gone from 225x5 to 255x8, so not bad. There should be pics of the wheels a page or 2 back ill post it again though soon

your legs dont look bad at all from the pics... you probably have a genetic potential for some amazing wheels...

nice, im glad i started to actually work them out.

My arms are pretty small compared to the rest of my body, and i know everyone sayd deadliftd and swuats get you bigger arms, not sure how squats do but i know deadlifts will. Cant pick up 380lbs off the floor with twigs lol.
 
Really looking good bro. I wouldn't cut anymore...this is your first cycle and you want to put on and keep as much muscle as possible brother.

Absolutely! I never consistently did squats and deadlifts. Now I do squats every week no matter what and deadlifts every 1-2 weeks. HUGE difference in strength with all exercises. My whole body is much stronger now. I don't do deads every week because my lower back would be tore up from both and I think your central nervous system would take a beating from all that heavy lifting every week and could cause overtraining, especially off cycle. But I do them as much as I can and it works, no doubt about that!!!
 
I think i might need to start taking more off days its jus so hard i want to keep lifting!

i couldnt imagine if i had done this cycle without squats and deadlifts. My buddy who did the same cycle 6 months ago got a lot bigger, but he only weighs 175. He gained maybe 5 lbs because he didnt eat enough. But he got huge as hell, big arms, big back. BUt he can probably only squat 275 a couple times and deadlift 315 a couple times. Hes bigger than me but way weaker than me, not sure how all that works...

yea just decided that earlier that im bulkin the last 4, 5 weeks. I want to get to 200 that would be sick! IM still using ECA for energy and dermatherm just because i have it
 
good work man. I dont see why you couldnt hit 200. If you just eat alittle more, i think itll come quick. And theres no way your gonna gain to much fat, cause your already pretty damn cut up. I would love to hit 200 being as solid as you.
Your strength gains are pretty awsome. I wouldnt let the 1 less rep discourage you to much. I very alot in my bench depending on how much im eating. The second i cut cals thats the first thing i get week in. i hate it

Me too! Ever since I've been sticking to eating a solid meal every 2-3 hours I have gotten so much stronger. I'm a month into pct right now and I am still pretty strong. Six months ago I could bench 275lbs 5x now I'm doing 325 6x. I use to not really know what I was doing, now I think diet is 70% of acheiving your bodybuilding goals whatever it may be.

Yea i bet my bench was down because of the lowered cals. I did get a little more shredded though :evil:

IM gonna be eating 4000 cals a day, fuck it. ILl keep weighly updates, i might not even be 190 right now fuck. hold on ima go weigh myself

189.2 with bball shorts. Ok so 11 lbs! Im gonna fucking do it i know i will im gonna post my diet the last 5 weeks everyday so you guys can keep me in check!!! heres a pic from a couple weeks ago, first is normal, second is same but black and white (huge difference lol), and third was yesterday.
