How long had you been training before starting that cycle?

i would maybe sneak a 6th meal in, and you may want top post or check some workout routines, your arms look like you work them but you may need to double check workout on rest. but stay motivated and positive and work hard. also with slim fast, sugar is high check out some muscle milk or synta6 shakes tatse better and better for you, try and eat some veggies with meals, i fing hate veggies but i carry mini carrots with me and eat about 10 with every meal. and yes i hate them but can eat quick and easy to carry on road. good luck bro

i lost about 15 lbs of fat before starting this cycle. i really started working out to build muscle 3 months ago. im aware my body needs work and will continue to work hard. i eat lots of broccli with meals and also eat baby carrotts during the day. my waist has shrunk from a sz 36 to 34 in last few months. i actually fell as if im over eating somtimes but am sticking to diet fit for this cycle. i do believe my body is making progress and will take any and all critisism and use it to the best of my ability.

nice work, workout for 3 months and start taking steroids, good choice really

LOL... It's a sad time in BB history.

i eat lots of broccli with meals and also eat baby carrotts during the day.
Looks like you have it covered???

Someone please stop the insanity. In a few short years all the message boards will be full of 23-35 year-old shut down, fat ass morons talking about their next big cycle and the "lean mass" they plan to add and the latest-greatest anti-e to rid them of their 36C cup, lactating man titties.

I think you could have put on much more size natty.. Your frame can hold a lot more muscle.. Good luck and stay smart bro!

i by no means believe i will look as good as some of you on here, but do intend on trying to challenge myself. if you are going to cut and paste comments be sure to read entire thread before trying to clown me. ive been working out much longer than 3 months. i was over 200 lbs and worked my ass off to get to 170. i understand alot of you have spent hundreds of hours in the gym to get where your at today. i had gear available to me and felt it could assist me in getting stronger. i eat like a horse, work out 4 times a week. work 45- 50 hrs and raise two children. dont be too quick to slap someone down, because one day they might get back up! if i keep posting i hope you keep reading. when i posted this pic i expected lots of negative feedback ,so keep me motivated, it only makes me stronger.

When I first started, the first year and a half or so was really tough.. I went from skin and bones to having muscle. But after sometime I just started exploding in size. You have a good frame.. Keep up the hard work and break past current goals and set new goals.

i really started working out to build muscle 3 months ago.
I know I read the whole post ... between that and the carrots comments, it seems obvious that you have tried a serious shortcut ... ? Maybe if you had mentioned your age, stats, time in the gym/experience... people wouldn't have to "assume" anything.

but do intend on trying to challenge myself
But not without some "help" right?

i had gear available to me and felt it could assist me in getting stronger.
Food and those heavy things at the gym do the same thing.

That's deep, but hey, you set yourself up for it, the world is full of people wanting something for nothing ... sticking that needle in your body us just that unless you've already "paid the dues" over the years and you actually stand to gain from it.

The work hours and raising kids? Welcome to the world of dedication and doing whatever it takes. Without the work and discipline, the AAS won't do squat for you.
Eat, sleep, bust your ass and save the AAS for when it will actually move you forward.

no wonder ive become a chat board bitch after 8 years on ef.

me too. ive had many handles. gone are the day of intelligent posts from experienced users.

to the poster:
way too early for gear. way too early.

hey man , i hope you dont think i was trying to blast you. and i by know means am any expert but i am a bit older and have been on and off for 17 years? i was jsut saying these guys are right, and honestly when i was younger i didnt need it, i needed an damn nurtionist. food can really transform your body. but your in it stay focused and be careful. you will put on size for sure.

Dude, I rarely comment on such things, but please finish up this cycle and then take a good long time off of the drugs.

I'm 34 and have been training off and on for 17 years. The problem? Off and on is hell. Until you can be committed for at least a few years and go natural for a while you should hold off on the drugs. Let's be honest, you probably aren't ever going to be a pro BB, so what's the rush?

You've got to LOVE the journey. In my case a lot of injuries over the years, most of which could have been avoided, have caused my "off" periods. It just sucks going into the gym when your hurt. Better men do it. I didn't do it enough.

I've been skinny, I've been fat, I've been ripped and shredded and I've done it all natural. I have a good base and understanding of training but I'm still waiting to do that first cycle. Maybe this year, maybe not.

The guys on here that have been going for years with or without gear have all been through it too. They aren't mean, their just tired of the same kinds of posts. No training experience, hittin the juice, get a little bored with it and then going off and paying X-box.

You need to understand the compounds that you put into your body BUT before that you need a solid base of training. Get your form down on squats, dead lifts and flat bench. Make sure your diet is in check.

Steroids can have an amazing effect. But there is no easy, real shortcut.

Best of luck to you.

+1

Don't post here much anymore but had to jump on this one...I'm feeling a little emotional today:) drives me nuts when people see me and say "wait till you have a family and a job, you won't be able to keep that physique".

I was just confronted with this by someone yesterday. My response was "I'll go home and spend this afternoon with my daughter and then hit the gym at around 10pm when she's in bed. I'll give you a shout if you want to come along, but my gut is telling me you'll be well into your sixth beer and second bag of doritoes so I won't bother".

I have a job that I put in 60-70+hrs/week. I have a daughter that gets every spare minute of my time when I'm not at work or the gym. I've been training for 10+years (hard - never took more than a couple days off) and only started cranking 2-3 years ago. I bust my ass in the gym and work even harder in the kitchen.

I didn't touch anything until after my physique to the point where people thought I was on already. I hope you prove us all wrong, but in my experience you'll be back on the couch and in worst shape than you started out within 6 months.

Bottom line: You don't get discipline in a bottle. Put the drugs away, get out of your comfort zone and work for it. Learn how your body reacts to various diets and training methods naturally. Then, and only then will you reap the benefits of these drugs as "aides" to help you along the journey....

VW out.

The most anabolic steroid of them all.

Bro, you have started now. Don't be discouraged but remember diet is key :)

You mean Insulin is the most anabolic hormone, and readily available with proper nutrition?

Stevie! Don't get too worried bro. Keep your diet on point, keep your workouts intense, make sure you don't over do it on the weights - you're joints are weak.

Nelson made some good points, but I know plenty of people who used to work out 2-4 years ago, decide to get back in shape and start a cycle and they do fine. Then you have guys that start working out the first day of TRT..3 years down the road they have 3-4 cycles under their belt and are new people. If you aren't at your natural limits, do proper pct, and eat/train right you will keep a lot of your gains.. Sadly with this much to start with they won't be that much (no offense, you can't make chicken salad from chicken shit - feel me?). You will feel like a King in 2-3 weeks, you will feel like an uber bitch by the time you're off of PCT.. You will also see a huge set back in progress.

Keep your head up, and I have that book Nelson suggested.. It's got some great info in it.

bro--stop the gear. the problem is if you do not have years of training your tendons/lig are not strong enough to handle the big strength gains you get from gear--- you are only as strong as your weakest link--and if you have seen (worse, heard) a young guys bicep roll-up his arm like a window shade, trust me--that is where you are headed, fast.

Nope, not quite. I didn't say hormone although I did say steroid - I was referring to food. (yep you will probably point out food isn't a steroid, but don't, it's terminology).

With or without insulin spikes - no results will be had without food.

You can use it to cut, bulk, gain muscle, lose fat.....

I was going off of what you said bro, I know what you meant.. I meant natural insulin spikes.. pre/post wo nutrition.. carb cycling for growth spurts, etc.. :P But yea, the calorie is king.

This kid needs to drop more weight.. look at how arched he is.. he is pulling his loosy goosy gut in.. no traps, over developed delts possibly the angle, no depth in the pecs, biceps lack definition..

You don't gotta have 19" biceps, good looking, powerful 16.5's is ok.. you look like a big boy, you should be at 17 easy..

Your going to hurt a tendon or something if you lift right while you are taking your cycle. Odds are as when most people take juice without already having built there bodies you probably will not go hard enough on your cycle to hurt yourself. But if you go hard my bet is that you strain your bi-cept. I know someone who just did that. He didn't know alot of exercises but everyone seems to know how to do curls. He started building up some bi strength and pop, there went his lifting dreams on that cycle.
