Finally tried DC Training

I do HST and have made great gains in strength and size. A lot of people alternate the compounds with A & B full body workouts, so it's not working the same lifts 3x a week. This is what I do:

A: olympic squats, bench, 90 degree bent row
B: deadlifts, dips, chins, OH press, front squats
 
dc training is all right... it's dc EATING that's truly the crux of the program. Make sure you're putting in your reps at the dinner table as well
