As for stats... in these pics I am 208-210 at 7.3%. Top bench was 405 , Top squat was 585 for 5 belt no knee wraps rock bottom wide stance, My top deadlift was 595... with straps .
Not sure where my lifts are right now, but they aren't far from those totals.

Swole, now that I am on SUP2 my arms are getting too big to pat myself on the back...lol. I am up to 218 and have not gained a mm on my waist in three weeks. Hard to believe I am getting these results through diet and training alone. It makes me realize how out of whack my diet was in the past.
Thanks for the compliment, but I am lightyears from having the perfect body (my perfect body would have a cock that can automatically resize from 6-18 inches... but I digress...).
Once we are satisfied... what is left? I would really like to compete in the next few years and although I look decent right now... a little more overall mass couldn't hurt. Another 20 pounds of lean mass in the next few years shouldn't be an issue.... Sure I could add 30 pounds in a few months if I take 3 grams a week and eat like a pig, but I would rather have quality "aesthetic" gains... Being big for the sake of being big is only good for impressing other big bulky goons and your own max lift ego.
