Number of cycles: 3, only 1 (most recent) using more than 1 compound and more than 6 weeks. So this was my first REAL cycle.
Years Training: Since 2001 (7 years)
Diet during most recent cycle: Mostly carb cycling 100g/day T,W,F,S,S and M & T 500g/day --Protein always 500g.
Training: 10 sessions/week. During my 17 weeks I had 6 rest days
How much detail do you want ........ see above........ i tried diffrent approaches, I really like carb cycling 100g carbs 5 days of the week and 500g carb 2 days in the week.
My diet is exactly the same every day , 500g protein, fat is always quite low, with supplemented flax and fish oil. On high carb day I eat a 800g of raw oats oats over and above my normal diet.
