fighting gyno, how to go from adex to letro and nova

I got some gyno shit happening.....know i should be takeing letro and nova for it. But don't have any. Taking the half mg of adex everyday for 3 days now. I can get lettro and nova in 4 days or so. What should i do once i get it. How much a day of both and what do i do with the adex?

Get Letro - run 2.5mg ed until the symptoms subside - then taper down. Drop down .5mg e3d until you are not taking any.

Ramp up as well as ramp down with the letro... I see you're not a platinum member, but there is a thread on here with the letro & nolva protocol for gyno. Something like.

0.25mg (continue to take adex)
0.5mg
1.25mg
2.5mg (continue at this dosage until lump disappears)
1.25mg
0.5mg
0.25mg
Start nolvadex at low dosage to prevent estrogen rebound (I think 20mg/ed)
