Fifth cycle, what do you think.

I'm gonna start my fifth cycle in a week and just checking to see if I missed anything. I'm 6'5", down to 260 from 285. Don't know bf buy I have abs coming in. Let me know what you think.
1-3 beastdrol 30mg Ed.
1-9 test prop 200mg eod.
1-8 tren ace 150mg eod.
1-9 proviron 50mg Ed
6-9 beast 30mg Ed
1-10 hcg 250iu x 2/week
1-12 HCGenerate 3 caps Ed
9-13 forma
9-13 unleashed/post cycle
Prami on hand
Letro and nolva for gyno if needed

Goal is to be back at 285/290 with 8% bf with abs for the summer.

Don't forget I'm 6'5". I have a friend that's over 300 with around 7%. But he's a pro, same height

Personally I wouldn't start hcg until wk 3-4 your nuts are not going to shut down that quickly..monster cycle bro you'll be like a pin cushion by the end of it lol.

I agree if I was on enanthate or cyp, but I was under the impression that prop will shut you down quickly...
Am I wrong in thinking this? This is my first prop cycle.

Anyone else have an opinion about when to start hcg?
Btw, thanks needto for helping me with this cycle. I've been stock piling for a while and trying to talk the wife into it...

I find this hard to believe that you're 7% lets see some pics!

I have my pics in my profile at 8% so put up or shut up!

BTW! Everyone here benches 500 lbs and has a 600lbs squat!

Hey man, I would be extremely grateful if you posted some more info on your workouts, diet, etc with pics. Im 6'9" tall...not many tall guys like yourself to get advice from. Im at about 260lbs (just lost 25lbs trying to lean up before I start a dedicated training/diet program...tomorrow.) You could PM me if you dont want to post...

Never said I was 7% radar...one of my friends is, same height. But I would like to be 8% at 290. That's my goal with this cycle. I can always extend it another 3 weeks...

I don't really have a specific diet or training routine bro.
My split is
Monday-chest
Tuesday-back
Wheel Wednesday
Thursday-shoulders
Friday-arms
Saturday-traps and calves

My diet consists of mostly chicken, some whole grain rice, lots of sweet potatoes, some steak and fish, and about four Greek yogurts a day. I also have three shakes throughout the day. I try to taper the carbs through the day also.
It's hard for tall guys, it doesn't happen overnight like the shorter guys. But I've been in the gym 15 years, slow and steady wins the race...

i wouldnt run beast like that.. i would just run it at the beginning or the end.. but not both.
 
You think maybe anavar at the end? I just have a ton of beast at the house...

lol me too.. i want to use it really bad like just start tomorrow.. ahhh

but anyway.. just make the best use of it.. i would just use it to start and that would be my only oral for that cycle.. if you want more id just run the test out longer.. that would help let the tren clear and make recovery a bit easier as well
 
I may extend to 12 weeks, ending tren at 10 weeks.

First off. Great size for your height. I know its not easy to pack it on when you are real tall.
How are you judging body fat? Sounds like your buddy should be at the Olympia! I have had veins through my calves, quads, ass, lats, arms, pecs, delts, and face and I was barely scraping 7% (7 point caliper test and hydrostatic weighing). I have 8 abs now. Not pealed but you can see them when I am relaxed breathing and I am probably 18% to 20%.
Keep an eye on your lipids during your cycle. It will be pretty hard on your kidneys/liver etc. Can't be too safe.
Post up some before, during and after pictures. It will motivate me and a bunch of other people.
 
If I were you Id run the beast for 4 weeks at beginning then run var at the end. Id also extend cycle to 12 weeks. I would also switch between hcg and hcgenerate. Like 4 weeks hcg then 4 weeks hcgenerate I dont see the need to run both at the same time.

I though I remembered stevemi's post on pct had them being run together...
I have tried to post pics and it won't let me because the file is too big, and it's only a phone pic. I also would think abs would show between 8-12%, so it's hard to believe that you are 18% with all abs showing...

Most people have no clue what their bf% is. At least in the places I live. Guys at the gyms I have been to all say they are 10% but don't have abs relaxed. At 10% you are shredded and I have striations just from moving around.
I go by at least a 7 point caliper test. I don't believe in the Bioimpedance machines. They are never even close to accurate. One told me I was 27% when I was peeled.
I should get it tested again and post a picture (i look like shit for me) and have people guess where I am at bf wise. People tend to guess a lot closer to reality when guessing someone elses then their own. So I could be off. I'm guessing at mine.
 
Damn, your lean in that picture...what did you drop from? How long did it take? You look like youve got the ideal start to begin some clean bulking! Thanks for the pic nice inspiration! I agree about the damn electronic bf impedence devices...when I was in good shape It told me I was 29% but it was more like 17% (3 skin fold averages)

The worst part about those machines are we know they are wrong yet it still ruines our day when we use them.:worried:
That was right before I had hernia surgery. On my way back from that I tore my pec completely off the bone at both attachments. Since then I have been in the ER twice from blowing my back out. Its been a tough go of it. I'm 247 right now. Started cardio. I would like to get to 230. Im 39. I don't really want to be huge any more. These days I worry about getting hurt and my health. I got to the shape I was at in the picture with no cardio. I don't know if I will ever be that lean again but thats okay. I just want to look good, feel good and be healthy. If I can balance out it will be a plus. Slow and steady.
I'm 6'3". It can be hard to pack on quality size when you are tall. Stang has done a great job at 6'5"!

Decided to start a week early and just run test prop and beast for the first week since I have never run prop, let alone beast and prop. I have to tell you I feel like a monster all ready, I can't wait to add the tren and proviron...

cardios overrated... make sure your cycling and stair stepping or you will lose muscle mass and make sure your drinking your bcaas... Looking good..
 
Yea I do low intensity recumbent bike or brisk walk on incline. I don't run, no acl in knee...

very inspired by your thread bro, I'm 6'9" tall, I just stopped an initial cutting (dieting) wanted to drop bf down before I start what I call, "real lifting" Ive been only doing body weight, dumbells for now. Im getting my core together and strengthening all the little supportive muscles. I lost 25lbs in about 2 months (well 70 days)
Im 265, at 15% bodyfat (as given by doc today) Keep it rockin bro! Us tall guys can get big too!!!!

That's great man! Tall guys can look like monsters, but it takes a lot more time I think to get that look. Lots of clean food! I've been in the gym close to 15 years and I feel like its finally paying off...
