now that ive posted up everything next pics will be 5 weeks from now,

right now im sittin around 260, probably 10%bf, 6'5''

strength has really kicked up a notch now..

this is the start of my 6th week, had to lower my dose this week becuase i am battling a pea sized lump of gyno in my left nipple.. its goin away fast though so i dont see it as much of a setback

im using AI's out the ass but i dont experience any joint pain, or signs of low estrogen.. i dont really get it, i can take 5mg of letro for 3-4 days and feel nothing.. so weird

Damn bro, being that tall has to suck in a way. It will take you a lot longer to develop them than a shorter guy. Lookin good so far. I suggest blitzing your calves daily. Mine were weak compared to my quads and I brought them up to par in about 1.5 years of training them 5-6 days a week doing every exercise imaginable, toes in, toes out, high reps/light, low reps/heavy. I'm a big fan of single leg calf raises and single leg seated calf raises as well. I think calves are such a dense muscle group that get used so often they require extra training to grow while throwing normal recovery times out the window. I also suggest training them 1st when your energy levels are highest so you can really key on them.

When I see a guy that obviously works out the 1st things I look at are their calves and forearms. It tells me just how serious they are about having a balanced physique. Plus if you wear 3/4 sleeve shirts and shorts that cut below the kneee you can still show off your bod without looking like you're showing off your bod. ;)

haha, ya the past 2 weeks ive switched to pretty much ED training of calves, needless to say its been hard to get out of bed in the mornings.. they are sore pretty much every day.. im just hoping they are still growing and not just being broke down non stop and unable to recover.. the results ive seen from the last 2-3 months on calves has basically been more vascularity.. veins.. and cutting up.. no matter how heavy i go, they dont grow just get more defined.. i have the "two small v shaped" calf muscles, versus the big thick calves.. i hate them

and being 6'5'' definately has its disadvantages.. a year or two from now when they fill out, i wont be so mad about it though hopefully sittin around 280-290

I've been training them 3x a wk.
Like BC said I always train them first and once a wk I will take a day and train nothing but calves.
I train my calves differantly than any other muscle. I allow for less recup time and have to switch up workouts continually. Light, heavy, low reps, high reps, differant exercises.
My calves are so resillant and need so much stress to even get a burn.
Even though they are such a small muscle(especially on me) I have to train w/ such intensity that I don't have anything left for anything else.
Anyways, you're looks pretty good.
No offense but at your height I wasn't expecting much.
You surprised me though.

Looks Good. What are you doing? Squats? Leg Presses? Hack Squats?

How many times a week you train 'em?

You have the right mind set. It will happen. One thing I failed to mention on calf training is form. I go through a full range of motion-none of this bouncy bouncy shit I see guys do so often. I let them stretch all the way down to the point where it hurts, then I explode upward to the absolute highest point, and slowly lower it back feeling tension all the way back down. Training calves like this really sucked at 1st because I couldn't go very heavy. After awhile though I was doing single leg calf raises with the same weights I was doing with regular calf raises-and the results in the appearance of my calves were obvious. I also would like to add that stretching is between sets is an absolute must!!! Good luck bro-and hows the weather up there???

As much as I hate to say it, I've seen good results from the calf routine that Nelson recommended.
They're called 75's.
I put on 1/4" in 4wks and this was during PCT doing them.
If you don't know what they are I'll try to find the link.
I see more growth from lighter weights and higher reps w/ a perferct form than heavy weights.
Slow movements w/ a full range is key.

ill have to post up a calf pic later today when their pumped so i dont feel so shitty about them.. they are miserable little fuckers.. but you cant really see them in the pics, my inner calf muscle is bigger than my outer.. i hate them
