Quick Q..
Myself & my bf go to the gym late ( 730ish) meaning we dont get home until 8-9pm & then commence to have our post wo shakes, get home, eat a quick dinner ( egg whites usually )..
Would it be recommended to eat our supper before the gym, then have our pwoshakes & just eat cottage cheese before bed..??
Otherwise it seems like we are cramming in WAY too much right before bed.. ( bedtime is 10pm)...

wake up at 5 a.m. eat a banana sometimes have breakfast til like 9a.m. (fruit, 100 calorie or less nutribar or multigrain cereal) then lunch at noon, snack at 2-3p.m. then gym around 4-5p.m. get home aroung 8 cook something and go to bed... not very good... but for now better than what it used to... :s
