Fat makes bulking discouraging

This is just a little winey rant - so bear with me. I fucking hate cardio - I fucking hate dieting, but I love being lean. However I am cursed with being a ectomoprh that puts on belly fat rather easily. I am currently bulking and I tried to keep it as clean as possible - ~3200 calories with 350p/350c/60f . I am putting on noticable muscle mass, but I am also adding fat to my midsection. The thought of the dieting and cardio come spring to get rid of that already has me pissed off.

I am so with you bro. I started 35 min on precor everyday after my workout (I work out in morning) I also started using YES. My handles and belly is getting out of control. I can't fucking stand it.
 
I hate the shit too and now with a 2 week old baby cardio is non existant, I try to hit the weights every day for atleast an hour but what can I do I'll deall with he little extra bagage for now, Still look good though thats all that matters
 
I am one of the lucky few.......I can eat whatever the hell i want and as much as i want and dont put on any fat at all. im sure that sooner or later this will change though :worried:

You mean endomorph. I only know this cause I curse myself out all the time for it. The endomorph word reverberates in my ears all day long. We are the unfurtunate ones who are carbs sensative.

I am like that too. I hate cardio, but it is neccessary for me to do it or I get a lot of belly fat. Love handles especially.

I am a combo - I am a hard gainer, but easily put on chest and belly fat. I have a thin build with narrow shoulders. I put on very little fat anywhere but my belly and chest. My genetics sucks - good thing I can afford to circumvent them with AAS and HGH :)
 
Yeah, I am bulking naturally right now and making decent gains. However, after checking the mirror, I'm going back on asap. I already had the next cycle planned, but I'm putting in the order this week.

lol thats what they are made for genetically inferior people. I gain muscle pretty darn easily with good diet. Thats why I am putting off a cycle for a year or more. But I also put on fat with ease. I am really carb sensative and that I hate.

That's why God made SesaPure/Glucorell combo's.



Okay maybe not, but they rock for bulking to keep fat off.

I alway s use ANAFIT products to cut - never used them to bulk. I have sesapure, but no Glucorell. Should I start taking the Sesapure right away? What dosage and schedule?
 
Cardio really does suck. If u want to learn how to kick ass and burn away the belly with out even noing it, u should start taking brazilian jj ,training MMA is insane cardio its 1 hour of fat buring with out even thinking your doing cardio, I lost my small gut in three weeks, that was my one weekness, I u ever watched the ultimate fighter show u no what i mean. forget the tredmill its for the birds
 
Im such an ecto its stupid... its hard as hell for me to put weight on and keep it on. However whenever I bulk and I lose my abs it depresses me, lol. Luckily once I stop bulking it doesnt take me too terrribly long to get back down to 10%.

Cardio, horrible, hate it, get on the phone or read or anything, just hate it,


Love lifting, love looking good, force myself to do cardio,

Much rather shovel cement, then do that pussy cardio.
 
you need to do cardio, moderate, 30 mins, 4 - 5 x a week, preferably in the morning (but that sucks balls)

im the same, endo tendancies mean that I gain a lot of soft stodge whenever I push my cals past 3500.. cardio helps keep the worst of it off.
 
The R-ala and sesapure help off set some of the fat gain when bulking. I use them for both cutting and bulking. When bulking I can get away with a few extra carbs and not notice anything negative in the waist area.

But who cares brother, it's winter! I know it's tough seeing negative changes in the mirror, but when the spring months roll around and you cut, you will have so much more muscle it will have all been worth it. Keep blasting bro! :)

I put on a considerable amount of fat too around midsection. Cardio sucks, especially when your bulking and you feel like you just ate Thanksgiving day dinner 24/7. I waddle around like a penguin and grunt all day while holding my gut. It'll all pay off when I cut in the spring and have to beat the women off with a stick though! :qt:

Kicker for me is it is never "winter" where I live. Winter is 70 degrees... I was having some second thoughts about keeping with this bulking routine for the next 5 weeks. I am heavier now than I have ever been, so that is encouraging. I am going to stick with the bulking, go off for 2 months and run a nice:

Test/Tren/Var/HGH/T3/Clen/T-Rex/Sesapure cycle come March. I am looking forward to next summer knowing I will be going into cuttnig with much more mass that previously.

in florida south/central florida winter means wearing tshirt instead of a tank top to the gym!


we endo/meso types have to actually work at getting lean.Once time did cardio 6 days a week 45 minutes each morning got real lean and lost 12lbs over 6 weeks time everyone said wow your face looks so great and lean. I said fuck it and stopped in 7 days gained back 12lbs it was insane but the strenght went up alot so i have found to pick a happy meduim seems to be 12- 14% bf still looks ok lean enough to still have a bodybuilder look and not have to sacrfice lost strenght from restricted calories
 
I live in Florida and I know what it's like trying to hide the bulk. But I just stopped caring and pretend like it's winter anyway, lol. It can be a 'chilly' 60 outside and I'll still pull out some sweat shirts, especially during those last bulking weeks of january, before febuary cutting time comes. The rala, sesapure and gh have made a difference this year though.

How is the gh working out for you lately? Have you noticed less fat while bulking with it?

had gyno 6 months ago, had to get surgery to get rid of the gyno, he lipo'd my chest and I said, "while you're doing that..do you mind doing the mid section also?" 3500$ later.. 3 1/2 months...still bloated from surgery but i'm on the path to cutness... :) and yes, i still do cardio like a mo-fo and weightrain..
 
i feel pretty good after reading your posts. thera have been times where i ate mcdonalds and pizza everday for 2 weeks straight i didnt gain 1 ounce of fat anywhere on my body, for sum reason i cant get fat, bodyfat is around 10% and wont go higher no matter wat i do

This can be very frustrating. I am a hard gainer and i use to have some permanent fat on the mid section and in the chest: my chest used to sag before my liposurgery. once the stubborn fat cells went away, for years ago, when i put wheight it is EVENLY DISTRIBUTED TROUGH MY WHOLE BODY!!!! :) ... This is a good reason to think about liposurgery.
 
elm im just lik u were...its almost like no matter how clean i eat...how much cardio and how hard i lift i cant seem to get rid of it all...my gentics suck...my dad is and was the same way...im considering wat u did elm

do not go... RUN for it!!! permanent depostis of fat won´t go away! you have to do something about it.
 
I know you hate the Diet bro… but….. My last bulking cycle I went from 198 10.4% bf to 216 6.1%bf. 4250 clean calories. I lifted 5 days per week and did 4-5 Martial Art classes per week no cardio outside of MA…

For me eating clean is easy when you see results like I had!!

I was running Sust, Tren, Mast, and GH…. I bulk again in December!!
