I have found that my body does not like a gram a week. I started three years ago with 250mg first cycle, 500mg thereafter, 750 for a few, then around my 5th cycle last year I did 1g per week for about 1 month, along with about 500mg EQ per week. I got BAD kidney pain, felt crappy all of the time, had that queezy feeling like your blood pressure is high but it really isn't. I couldn't hang, so I stopped my cycle cold and it took three weeks after my last inject for the pain to go away.
That's the last gram I did - mind you at that time I was only 5'8" 185 lbs, <10%bf, so if you are 6 foot, 250 lbs with lovehandles and titties, you may be just fine.
I am entering my fourth year of cycles, and I try to stay lower on the test, and higher on the juice that builds lasting quality. Lasting gains is my goal now, because I only have so much hair left, and someday when I quit the juice cycles I don't want to be a bald, skinny guy who did 5 years of juice - much uglier than a non-bald, skinny guy who didn't!!!
