Extreme bulking diets for naturals

I wanna know which one of you bros have tried eating 6-7k cals a day on a bulking diet - no drugs - just training balls out. I definetely know it's an individual thing, but do you think the cals are just wasted after about 4000-4500? If you don't know how to train like a man, obviously this extreme amount ain't for you, but I think I am ready for it.

Massive fat gain also expected, but what do you think:

1) 4000cals. Muscle (slower) and fat gain (slower).
2) 6-7k cals per day. Muscle faster, fat gain faster

The end result should be the same. Just that #2 would be achieved faster - thus allowing me to cut faster - and the end result should come, faster.

My main question is this: Do you think past the 4k mark - is it just wasted cals? Will it really make a diference (Im looking primarily for personal experience).

Stats: 5'5, 185lbs, 15%bf.

DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS!!!

I did this route 10 years ago!
gained about 100 lbs. in a year, big lifts too.
it has taken my almost 10 years to lose the
fat that was gained!

IT WAS NOT WORTH IT.

What's up blood?

Sorry, but this theory is ridiculous. It might shock the body the first week, but it will adapt very quickly and you will end up with a large ass and a flabby chest.

But then again, wont anything? Why wouldnt your body adapt to 4k/day?

Maybe you back the theory of adding 300cals per week for 8 weeks until bulking phase over? (to prevent your body from adapting).

Whatddya think?

Blood, you are complicating this... It's simple, unless you are a large Olympia Contender, you do not have a need for 7000 cals.

Eating 4000 calories at your weight is a big mistake as well. I weigh 196 lbs and I never go over 3200 cals when bulking. If I do, the fat gains are immediate.

When you train, you are burning muscle calories that you need to refill. You cannot possibly need 4000 cals. Since it will not be used for energy, the extra calories will be stored as fat.

Don't look to gain more than a pound a week.

But why do you automatically deduct that the rest is not used for extra muscle building?
I don't seem to gain much fat ...maybe it's an age factor.
Again, whatddya think?
