Extreme bulking diets for naturals

For 99.9% of people (even juicers) 4-4500 kcal are more than enough. The rest is deposited as fat end of story. Yea, calories are anabolic, but there is a plateau effect.

1) 4000cals. Muscle (slower) and fat gain (slower).

The end result should be the same. Just that #2 would be achieved faster - thus allowing me to cut faster - and the end result should come, faster.

My main question is this: Do you think past the 4k mark - is it just wasted cals? Will it really make a diference (Im looking primarily for personal experience).

Bro, 5'5" and 185lbs....

Seems to me you have PLENTY of natural size. If you want to bulk up from 185, just do a cycle of a high quality roid (Primo, EQ etc..)

This will allow you to gain a couple pounds as well as shed some body fat.

How would 5'5" 175lbs, 5% BF sound?

Forget about eating that many calories. After a certain point, you WILL gain A LOT of extra fat.

IMO Go with 400mg/week EQ, a clean diet with 3000-3500 calories (225-250 grams protein) and train like hell.

You should be able to make a DRASTIC change in your body.

.....this all depends on what you want though....?

When I started working out I threw in about 4000 kcal a day
and grew like weed (20 lbs in 8 weeks). All natural. But small
part of the gains were fat. And believe me it sucks to get rid
of it. Hours and hours of cardio.
Today I am fine with 3000-3500 kcal per day.
I could not immagine to eat 6-7000 kcals a day. This must
blow you up like a balloon. So my answer is clear: It is a waste!
How much calories you need to bulk up without
gaining too much fat depends on you. You must figure it out.
 
Nonsense....

My diet is based on balanced carb/protien balances over 5 meals throughout the day.

You always base your intake in increments of 500.

If you do 2,500 cal/day and don't see any results in arm/chest measurement in 2 weeks, you go up by 500 cal.

On days off, reduce intake by 500 cal.

When you put on 2 inches on the waist, you drop 1,500 cal/day and focus on getting those 2 inches off. Then, go up by 1,000 cal--always taking an extra 500 cal off on days you don't train.

NEVER DO MORE THAN THIS! There's a limit as to how big you'll get....period. However, a massive increase makes figuring what cal/day amount you should be using impossible.
 
I'm 5'10" 185 at 10% and I grow like a weed on 4000 calories a day. Don't go over 5k bro. Not unless your juiced to the gills. (Over 2 grams of AS a week)
