I wanna know which one of you bros have tried eating 6-7k cals a day on a bulking diet - no drugs - just training balls out. I definetely know it's an individual thing, but do you think the cals are just wasted after about 4000-4500? If you don't know how to train like a man, obviously this extreme amount ain't for you, but I think I am ready for it.
Massive fat gain also expected, but what do you think:
1) 4000cals. Muscle (slower) and fat gain (slower).
2) 6-7k cals per day. Muscle faster, fat gain faster
The end result should be the same. Just that #2 would be achieved faster - thus allowing me to cut faster - and the end result should come, faster.
My main question is this: Do you think past the 4k mark - is it just wasted cals? Will it really make a diference (Im looking primarily for personal experience).
Stats: 5'5, 185lbs, 15%bf.
