Indy had no dealings with Satch, Satch never even told Indy anything about the business except used him as a pawn.
That being said i hope this sets the record straight-Indy is still the same indy before all this went down, a trustworthy brother who i wouldn't hestitate to offer the shirt off my back to!

I do not think you are a scammer.

Many people here supported satch, including myself. He had been here MANY years and everyone thought he was a stand up, A+, top notch bro. And he did help a lot of people out. I can't say whether his gear was bunk or not, i never ordered or used it.

Also, I have seen no evidence that satch IS a scammer. Where are the people that were scammed? typically when someone scams, you see thread after thread about people who LOST money in the deal. Where are the people that actually got fucked?

Some people have known that satch was looking to retire. Is there a chance he fulfilled all outstanding orders before just calling it quits?

yes, satch operated on MANY boards.. in many cases much more OPEN boards then here.

I haven't seen any horror stories of people losing thousands.. or even hundreds of dollars to him.. so where is the proof that he is a scammer?

The would be a list up the Ying Yang right now of people who got scammed but on just about every board, the second someone called him out and spoke up, mods and admin chimed in and deleted their posts.

The way I see it, if more than 1 person calls scammer, then it should be taken seriously no matter who it was. When Mods deleted posts, it could have lead to more being scammed, from not knowing any better.

I do beleive there is some kind of cover up, as we have yet to see his personal info anywhere.

you are right, but the question now was who was involved - and that is a good question to ask. where you stand on this issue depends on where you sit. if you take the perspective of another scammer you would say congrats for a job well done but if you were conned you have a different perspective. myself i saw all this coming and do not have any interest in this matter other than to wonder how did this whole thing spin so far out of control here - which basically gets to the heart of the matter, what everyone wants to know, who was involved and who was conned?

I have a recent photograph of him, from about 2 weeks before he got busted and went MIA. I am saving it, and told them I would do with it as they please, however Mr.X has not yet made a decison on the picture.
