I volunteer plenty.. in fact one reason I got a job was because I needed some new experience since I always volunteered and never "worked."reno240 said:I try to have compassion for all living things. Foie Gras isn't something I eat personally, but here's my problem - people telling other people what to do with their time and money. Wouldn't your time be better spent volunteering at a soup kitchen or maybe in the parks department cleaning up our cities parks? Or what about meals on wheels? You can deliver meals to the elderly that can't leave their houses instead of telling others what to do. Seriously - is Foie Gras even that popular?
I do plenty of that. But what I don't get is I am fighting for something I believe in, so why put me down? I can't do EVERYTHING and fight for everything that people individually feel is appropriate, you know? And yes, Foie Gras is a pretty popular delicacy.
P.S. I've done soup kitchens and parks along with so many other things.
