Every 10 days consume 20k calories ???

It's called carb cycling. I don't know ANYTHING about it other than the name and that it's a technique bodybuilders use when cutting, a lot of people find it works better than a straight keto diet.
 
i cycled my carbs during my 12 wk transformation cycle, though it wasnt nearly those many carbs...
on the weekends i would add about 1-200g extra carbs each day, worked very well for me... not sure if it was the optimal ammount, but it worked, and kept me from losing my sanity...
 
So i spoke to the trainer again... apparently its a teqnique that is use by pro athletes. Its not very well documented apparently as it could be abused if not understood properly. Not my words!

But anyway... the name for this is the cycle diet...

Not really for me yet as it mentions you need 7% bodyfat, but all the same very interesting and one day when i reach that goal i look forward to munching my way through WTF i like on that special day.
