Ok...so I do just a little bit. I normally train and do events on Sunday then take Monday and Tuesday off so that I am fired up to do box squats on Wednesday. Not this week...
Contest Saturday so I will not be training on Wednesday or Friday. I am already itching to train...I can feel that burning desire to push myself already...that desire for an adrenaline rush...
I went out to the gym tonight and did some light tric extensions, lat pull downs, abs, rotator cuff work and band ham curls. All extremely light and mostly to just get the blood flowing.
By the time I take Wednesday thru Friday completely off...I'll be a raging aniimal on Saturday!!!!

Just feel like throwing someone across the room....
